Out of most of the League of Heroes, they're the ones that hang out with him the most. In fact, he spends more time with them than he does with the rest of his siblings, except Novah

Personality:
Rosie is a kindhearted girl that often hangs out with her friends, more commonly Billy and Thomas. She's also the one who tries to mediate fights in the group, similar to Matilda. The difference is Rosie has a 50% success record of doing so. Matilda has a 90% success rate.
As a little girl, she was extremely impressionable. When she was 8 years old, she, Billy and Thomas met a teenage girl, that was really, really stupid. After she left (not of her free will), the kids agreed that they shouldn't follow her as a role model at all, except Rosie started hanging out with her more and more. She eventually stopped and went back to normal, though.
