  This is just a book of things that goes on inside my head. It's nothing special or extraordinary, but it's something that might help others feel better or less alone.

I struggle with silent depression, major anxiety, and huge feeling of loneliness. This isn't suppose to be a self help book, apart from giving myself a sense of belonging, but if my inside thoughts help you in anyways feel like your not alone in this big world that can be very hard to navigate. Then I am glad I can be of some type of service.

Some pages might be just one word, some might be a paragraph and some might just be. 

But regardless whether you read a page or read them all I thank you for being here with me. I hope that you know that you are an amazing human being that deserves the world and much much more.
