- Chapter 21 -

Silas

I wake up to find myself alone in the bed. Of course, Aurélia is doing something for me. It's my birthday. I usually just do stupid stuff like go to a strip club or something, but this year Aurélia is planning everything. All I know is that I want her to be with me all day.

I sit up in the bed and rub my eyes. Just then, the door busts open and Aurélia comes in carrying a tray full of food. "Happy Birthday!" She says excitedly.

I smile seeing her, "thank you mama," I say and lean in for a kiss.

"Ew don't do that you haven't brushed your teeth," she turns away. I scoff taking the tray from her hands.

"What are we doing today?" I ask her.

"That's for me to know and you to find out garçon d'anniversaire," she plops next to me.

"You know, it's very hard to plan a day for someone you've only known for around 4 months, but I'd say I did a good job," she smiles.

I love when she talks in French. I love when she smiles at me also. I just like lots of things about her. "Hurry up and eat so we can go!" She pushes me before getting up and running into the bathroom.

She kind of crazy, but that's okay because I like crazy girls. She walks out of the bathroom in some athletic shorts and a hoodie. "I mean it hurry up," she says before walking out of the door.

I shove the rest of the food into my mouth before heading downstairs into the kitchen. I look around, they are probably hiding to surprise me. I guess they forgot I'm trained to not get snuck up on.

"Boo!" I turn around and see them standing while Réli is holding a cake.

"You're no fun," says Spencer as he sits on a stool.

"Blow out the candles," Aurélia says.

I wish that Alex drops dead, I think in my head while blowing out the candles. "I'll just leave it in the fridge since I know you don't want to eat it right now," Aurélia places the cake in the fridge.

"Thank you Tesora," I grab her by her waist and pull her in. We indulge in a passionate kiss before we are stopped by Sofia running into the kitchen.

"Ew I'm right here Si," she gags before giving me a hug.

"Hey Sof, how'd you get here?" I say hugging her back.

"Marcus drove me," she tells me. Just then, Marcus, Ryan, and Elliot walk into the kitchen.

"Happy birthday," they say in unison.

"I told them to come, Spencer said they were your friends," Aurélia says.

"Also I told them to bring your sister, she got permission from your mom to be here to," she adds.

"So why are they all here?" I question her.

"For your party of course, you'll see what we are doing soon. For now go get dressed," she winks at me as I walk out of the kitchen.
