A/N So I am making this story chapter in order to see how well it does, it will be a one-off chapter where Izuku is the last standing Hero left in Japan who hasn't been killed by every single villain in the whole country. Most of the Meta Liberation Army members had been arrested at this point, leaving the main members of the League of Villains at Jakku Hospital. That being Shigaraki Tomura, Todoroki (Dabi) Touya, Himiko Toga, Atsuhiro Sako, Gigantomachia, and Spinner.

Trigger warning for those who suffer from panic attacks!

The raid on Jakku hospital was going perfectly fine for a major portion of the day, they had managed to take down Dr. Ujiko Daruma as the man was fleeing from the area. Although after Shigaraki Tomura had woken up from his slumber on the ground, he started to fight the Heroes at the soon to be destroyed hospital as from then on it became a battlefield between the Heroes and the Villains. While that was happening at the main base of operations for the villains as well as the remnants of the Meta Liberation Army the entire battle at the Meta Liberation Army hideout was a complete tragedy. The entire Hero raid that happened has been utterly destroyed, all the Heroes except for some Hero students who managed to bring some injured Pro's out of the building were capable of escaping from the area.

Those who weren't, were crushed by Gigantomachia as he escaped from the building in search for Tomura. The students in the forest were accosted by some villains as they patrolled the forest and killed them all preventing them from stopping Machia from getting to Tomura in time. Midnight had been killed when she fought a group of villains on her own as she wasn't even given a proper burial as her body was mutilated as well as violated in her death. The same was said for the other students from Class 1-A and 1-B, their fates, at least for the girls of both classes were the same as their teacher Midnight. They were reduced to dead bodies being violated by the villains they were fighting, and as we return back to the battle at Jakku Hospital the fight is anything but that.

Bakugo Katsuki was killed when protecting Izuku from a stray bolt of tendrils that Tomura went to throw at the young man. As Bakugo landed on the ground in a heap, he lost too much blood in order to stay alive as he passed from blood loss. Uraraka was killed in the aftermath of Gigantomachia as he charged right through whatever remained of the city, and most of the other Heroes were killed by the League as they all attacked the Heroes. Leaving Izuku as the sole survivor of the whole event as he looked at the surrounding area as he charged his quirk up to around 35% of its maximum potential. Charging at the villains without a plan, his shockwaves he created from clashing with Tomura caused the other fighters aside from Gigantomachia to be kept away from their fight.

Each attack thrown at one another they were incapable of dishing out enough damage to kill or defeat the other. Shigaraki though, managed to land a good hit on Izuku causing the boy to fall onto the ground below as he struggled to get up from the dusted ground in pain. Looking at the villains as they descended upon him, they all smirked at him as they got ready to finish him off, but to their surprise Izuku ran off in order to live for another day. But he didn't get very far from their location in the remains of the city.

==============================================

Panting from exhaustion as well as quirk overuse, Izuku keeled over in an alleyway as he collapsed to the ground taking in huge gulps of air. He had been having a massive headache since one of the previous user's quirks had come in, and he couldn't handle it until now. Pushing himself further in order to at least be upright, he leaned against a brick wall of a building as he stared down at his hands as one thought came to mind. 'What happened to everyone? How did this happen?'
