If you didn't know, Alexa and Katie is a show about this girl named Alexa who has cancer, and in the first episode, she starts losing her hair because of the chemo. She tries to hide it, but Katie finds out. So they both shave their head together. And in the first episode, they buy wigs (but at home, they have the wigs off or they wear hats). It's a really good show, and I recommend it. Last time I saw, it was on Netflix (but Netflix gets rid of everything, so probably not anymore).
