The reason that she's stuck in an eternal frostbite state is because she was chasing her dog (she's 14 btw) through the snow, but the dog was too fast (the lil bitch) so she couldn't catch up to him (the dog's name is Joey bc yes). So the dog ran right next to a high avalanche area, and Frostbite Girl shouted "JOEY, GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!" But by the time she realized what was happening, it was too late. She got caught in the avalanche and died (sad). But, for some reason, she came back to life but at a cost. She would always be cold and never be able to warm up.
