part 2

(Third pov)

Kanao woke up in a dark room on a nice bed. She looks around, trying to figure out where she is.

She looked at the corner of the room to see a man with pink hair standing in the corner. She starts to panic, remembering the expectations she just had.

The man walks over to her slowly. She starts to back up to the head of the bed. She starts reading the Kanji in his eyes. 'Upper moon 3!' She thinks to herself.

The uppermoon, known as Akaza, stopped walking toward her, seeing her panic. "I'm not here to hurt you. I found you in that forest, and I didn't want you to get hurt." He reassures her.

She starts to search for coin and hair clip, not wanting to lose the stuff that she cherished so deeply.

Akaza sees this and walks towards her. He pulls out the hair clip and coin. "Is this what you're looking for?" He asks.

She nods her head and takes the stuff. She held the items close to her chest and smiled

Akaza smiled at her, not wanting to make her uncomfortable. "Upper 6 gave me some clothes for you, uh."

Kanao looks at him confused. She flipped the coin. 'Heads, I tell him my name. Tails, I remain silent.' She coin landed on heads. "I'm Kanao."

"I'm upper moon 3, Akaza, and don't worry, I don't eat, kill, or harm women." He introduced himself properly.

Kanao suddenly felt nauseous. She placed her hand on her mouth and wrapped her other arm on her stomach. Akaza gave her a concerned look.

"Are you OK?" He asked, concerned. Kanao felt like she was about to throw up. "M-my stomach, it hurts. I-I feel like I'm about to throw up, too."

Akaza's eyes widen as he realizes what's happening. "I don't want to make you worry, but I think you're pregnant." Kanao removed her hand from her mouth. "Y-you mean, I might be carrying a baby..."

Akaza placed a hand on her shoulder. "I'm not completely sure. It's just a thought. If you're not happy carrying a child, then I can see if I can help you with an abortion."

Kanao had to think think about it. 'Do I really want an abortion? If I have the baby, wouldn't it be a demon hybrid? What if I turn out like my parents?'

Akaza saw her discomfort and patted her head. "Don't worry, you have plenty of time to think this through. Why don't you stay here in the Infinity Fortress so we can see if you're truly pregnant."

She looks at him concerned. "What about Kibutsuji? Won't he be mad that you're helping me?"

Akaza gave her a reassuring smile. "Don't worry about Lord Muzan being angry. Everyone in the Kizuki, including Lord Muzan, knows about you. They all want to meet you, but they decided to send me in to make you comfortable."

"Can I ask what the other uppermoons are like? I want to know who I'm about to meet is like." She questioned.

"Uppermoon 1, Kokushibou is very quiet. He likes to be alone. Upper 2, Douma doesn't have any emotions, so he fakes them and will be the most annoying person you have ever met. Upper 4, Hantengu gets scared very easily. The only time you have to worry about him is when his clones are out, and his clones will only attack if their given orders to. Upper 5, Gyokko really only cares about his pots. He will find anything and make it into what he calls, a work of art. Also, don't question his appearance. Upper 6 has two siblings sharing a rank together. The younger one, Daki, is obsessed with beauty, and the older one, Gyutaro, is protective of his younger sister."

"I think I want to meet them now." Akaza chuckles at her response. "I'll go get them now." He leaves the room to grab the uppermoons and Muzan, leaving Kanao alone.
