(Third pov)

Kanao was getting a bit nervous from how long it was taking Akaza to come back. She sighed of relief when he came back with the other uppermoons.

Akaza "Kanao, this is the other uppermoons. Uppermoons, this is Kanao."

Akaza introduced them to each other. Uppermoon 2, Douma, looked at her with a friendly smile. He walked over to the bed she was in.

Douma "Did you have an older sister by any chance?"

Kanao shook her head, not having any trust for him.

Douma "That's right, I recognize those butterfly hair pins. What was her name? Kanae, was it?"

Kanao "Yes, are you her killer?"

Douma "Yes, I a-

Akaza punched off the bottom half of Douma's face.

Gyokko "I thought we were supposed to make her comfortable."

Kokushibo "We were."

Akaza "Exactly, so why did you bring up her dead sister, Douma!"

Douma, "I was just curious."

Muzan "Do not start fighting."

Douma & Akaza "Yes, Lord Muzan."

Kanao "You're Muzan Kibutsuji?"

Muzan "Ye-

Hantengu "Tell us where your leader is!"

Kanao "What?"

Hantengu "S-sorry, I-I panicked. C-continue, L-Lord Muzan."

Muzan "As I was saying, yes, I am Muzan Kibutsuji."

Kanao "Thank you for letting me stay here."

Muzan "I'm going to have to run some tests on you, Kanao."

Kanao "What type of tests?"

Muzan "Akaza told me that you were just experiencing morning sickness and nausea, so I'm checking to see if you're pregnant."

Kanao "Oh, OK."

Muzan "Nakime, take us to my room."

Nakime strummed her biwa, sending the two to Muzan's room.

(2 hours later)

Kanao was getting nervous about the results.

Kanao "Am I pregnant?"

Muzan "Your showing the first couple of symptoms that happened in the first week. When is your next cycle?"

Kanao "Uhm, next week...."

Muzan "If you don't have it, then we'll know."

Kanao 'I really hope I'm not pregnant. I don't want to be like my parents.'

Muzan "I'll get Nakime to telaport you back to your room."

Kanao "Thank you, Kibutsuji."

Nakime teleported her back to her room. She found a kimono and a note on her bed. She picked up the note and started reading it.

Dear Kanao

I got one of my followers to get you a kimono. I hope we can be friends, even though I killed your sister. Please accept this kimono as an apology. I think you would like it. Also, if you truly are pregnant, you can stay at my cult. My followers will gladly help out.

Kanao smiled at the note. She took a shower and changed into the kimono that Douma gave her. She laid down on the bed and covered up with the blanket. She slowly fell asleep but couldn't help but wonder if her sisters or Tanjiro and his friends had noticed her disappearance.
