Chapter One: Beginning of The End

Adrien glares at the alliance ring on the white cubic robot staring back at him. "Download Perfect Alliance," Adrien flinches seeing part of his nightmare grabbing the ring. "Adrien don't do it!" Plagg whisper shouted floating above Adrien crossing his arms. Adrien groans rubbing his head, "Quiet." He whispers clenching his eyes shut. He turns up the volume and placing the ring in front of the camera to block the view of the state he is in.

"Come on kid, Ladybug needs you." Plagg urges scolding him. Adrien lays down on the white tiled floor rubbing his face with his hands. "What am I supposed to do Plagg? Get akumatized and destroy everything?" He hisses as he receives another flash of his nightmare. Plagg frowns watching him wince in pain. "That won't happen, it's just your biggest fear." Plagg assures floating down to him, "Now you need to make an escape." He whispers glancing down at Adrien's camouflaged ring. Adrien grips at his hair, "I'm not in the right mindset to transform either, Plagg." He mutters opening his eyes slowly as his nightmare of becoming out of control fades.

Plagg blinks shaking his head, "Ladybug can't do this alone," he states floating above him once again. Adrien blinks back at him before reaching for his ring. Plagg's eyes widened, "Nononono, you need to be there." He snaps placing his tiny paws on Adrien's fingers that were wrapped around the ring.

Adrien sighs sliding the ring back onto his finger slowly, "They wouldn't know how I escaped they have cameras everywhere in here. They would find out my identity." He sighs curling up into a ball.

Plagg shakes his head, "Thanks to me, you won't have to worry about that! And it'll just look like Adrien Agreste is being saved by Chat Noir!" He winks as Adrien sits up. "Hm, I guess that would work if you would turn off every camera!" He ponders taking off his jacket and gathering whatever was able to be picked up and shoved into the shirt to make it look like there could've been a body present. It only looked like a torso, but if he was going fast enough it could arguably been mistaken as Adrien Agreste. Plagg flies through the door turning off any nearby cameras to prevent the suspicion of "Where did Chat Noir come from?"

Plagg comes back into the blinding white room rubbing his head, "I'm really missing Camembert." He whines throwing his arms in the air.

  Adrien smiles rolling his eyes while reaching back into his jacket pulling out the colorful beloved stinky cheese. "Plagg power-up!" Adrien whisper shouted throwing a special purple slice of Camembert over to him. He eats it in one bite powering up into his space gear. "Plagg, claws out!" He continues shifting into Astrocat.

Adrien glances around before grabbing the pillow and his jacket. "Cataclysm!" He states lowly as he touches the white padded door frame watching it crumble in front of him. He leaps out of the room putting the pillow and jacket under his arm and flying out of the building at high speeds in case he would be detected on the remaining cameras.

He finds an exit and begins flying towards France. While over the English Channel Chat Noir saw another vision and winces falling closer to the water. He sees himself crying caressing Marinette as an akumatized villain with a world crumbling behind him.

  He snaps out of it gritting his teeth flying faster. He takes out his staff calling Ladybug. "Ladybug, I'm on my way. Let me know if you find anything while I'm gone." He groans through the pain of his fear shoving his staff back in his holster.

  "Plagg power-down." He mutters landing on a rooftop. He takes out his staff as he morphed back into normal Chat Noir. He sees a new message from Ladybug, but before he could open it he saw clones of the same looking person surround him. "You've got to be kitten me," He groans extending his staff closing the message and whacking them all away from him. He hides behind a wall catching his breath.

  "Chat Noir~" A group of clones appear behind the wall. He winces jumping off the roof onto the ground spotting an uncovered utility hole, immediately diving into it and detransforming.

  He hyperventilates as the clones voices begin to fade. "Plagg, they're tracking me as Chat Noir. What do I do?" He whispered looking around the sewer. "Find Ladybug, they're probably tracking her too." He suggested shrugging. Adrien nods climbing up the ladder back to the surface.

  He sees white lines pointing at his house. His eyes widen watching the clones surround his own home. "Gotta rely on the enemy to find the hero, I guess, but why is Ladybug there?" He whispers looking back at Plagg. He shrugs, "Probably because you're missing on the alliance?" Plagg states pointing at the billboards showing the news of Ladybug and Chat Noir taking Adrien and Kagami away.

  Adrien blinks, "Oh... I guess that is a problem isn't it." He mumbles climbing out of the sewer. "Well we can't just stand here, I'll be targeted regardless." He whispered covering the utility hole. Plagg nods opening his arms accepting transformation.

  Chat Noir quickly looks down at his staff looking at the message. 

   Sorry, can't listen to your message. Gabriel Agreste is Monarch, meet me at the Agreste manor asap. I will be waiting for you, be ready.

  Chat Noir's stomach dropped, "She's wrong," he whispered looking up to see more clones surround him. He grits his teeth extending his staff spinning in a circle hitting every clone in his way. He vaults to the top of the Agreste manor to see it finally went on Lockdown. He growls looking for a way in tears filling his eyes. He looks down at his hand blinking the tears away, "Cataclysm!" He shouts breaking through the roof into his own room.

Clones begin to surround him again and he darts out of his bedroom biting his tongue hearing a ruckus coming from the kitchen. His breathing becomes shaken as he slides down the railing of the stairs gritting his teeth.
