- Your Pov -

"Ehm, hey... Minji!" I greeted as Minji opened the door after I returned from university.

"Hey, Y/n!" she replied with a smirk, gesturing for me to come inside.

As I began to take off my shoes, Minji hesitated, "Hey, Y/n, I just want to say that I invited my friends over. Sorry, I didn't ask for your permission about that."

"Ehm, it's okay. You can hang out with your friends here," I responded, trying to sound casual. Minji's smile widened, and she seemed genuinely relieved.

"Ehm, if you don't mind, wanna join? They would like to meet you!" she suggested, and I looked at her, slightly surprised.

"Oh...okay," I awkwardly nodded, and then, out of the blue, Minji reached for my hand. I was taken aback by the sudden touch, but before I could react, she gently guided me towards the living room.

As we entered the living room, I was met with the curious gazes of three strangers, Minji's friends.

"So you're Hwang Y/n?" Minji's friend named Hanni asked as she leaned in.

I nodded my head. "Yes, I am," I politely confirmed, prompting giggles from them.

"So, you're the person who's for Minji is hor-" Minji's another friend, Haerin, with cat-like eyes, began to say something, but the taller friend next to them covered Haerin's mouth.

"Yes?" I asked, curious about the interrupted statement.

"Ah, nothing. Ignore Haerin. She's weird!" Hyein explained, releasing Haerin's mouth. Haerin pouted in response.

"So, you're 20 too?" Suddenly, Hanni switched to English with an Australian accent.

"No, I am 20," I clarified, and Hanni chuckled.

"I was saying that!" Hanni grinned widely.

"So, Y/n, single or taken?" She asked, leaning in.

I could feel someone's gaze on us.

"Ehm, I am single," I casually replied. "Oh, interesting!" Hanni commented with a smirk.

"So, you've dated before?" She inquired, catching me off guard.

I gulped and nodded awkwardly.

"You've dated before!?" Hanni exclaimed with wide eyes, capturing everyone's attention.

I nodded again, feeling the weight of their curiosity.

"Oh, how did you two break up?" Suddenly, Hyein asked, and a hushed silence fell over the room.

"Ehm, I would prefer not to share," I awkwardly replied as they continued to look at me expectantly.

"Hey, it's okay if you don't feel like sharing!" Minji reassured me, patting my shoulder with a smile.

- Kim Minji's Pov -

As we were engrossed in our conversation, my phone vibrated, drawing my attention. I glanced at the message from Hanni, puzzled as to why she would message me when she was right in front of us.
