From a very young age, Jumping Badger had shown great strength despite being only an infant, he was able to drag an entire buffalo home for the tribe to feast.
Jumping Badger was also known for being a very polite and calm child, he would help out around their little village whenever and wherever he could.
While he was growing up, Jumping Badger had shown great promise as a warrior, and also the perfect leader that could lead the tribe to greatness.
At the age of 5, Jumping Badger tamed a falcon, despite the pain it caused him during his attempts to tame it, he kept going and going.
At the age of 8, Jumping Badger took on the greatest challenge he's ever been faced with, fending off an attack from a 10 foot tall grizzly bear.
Jumping Badger did so with bravery and ferocity, standing alone after the one's who fought before him died.

At the age of 14, Jumping Badger lead a raiding party of Lakota warriors to take horses from an enemy tribe.
All of these actions accompanied with his strength, intelligence, and understanding nature, he was naturally chosen to become the tribe's leader, and he took on the name, Sitting Bull.
Great Planes, 1876
Sitting Bull had been having visions in his dreams of many soldiers slaughtering his people, destroying his home, and hunting his friends.
Sitting Bull was out hunting with a friend of his, Crazy Horse, and they came across a group of soldiers who were harassing a few of the girls from their tribe.
Soldier #1: come on girl, it'll be fun, just come with us, and we promise you a good time.
Native girl: no, I have already told you, I don't want to go with you.
Soldier #2: you say no, but your body says yes.
Native girl: I said no!
The soldiers refused to back down, one of them tried to smack the girl's ass, but an arrow to the foot stopped that quickly.
Soldier #1: FUCK! MY FOOT!
The soldier fell to the ground while holding his foot in pain, the other looked around, aiming his rifle around.
Soldier #2: who's there?!
Sitting Bull, Crazy Horse, and their hunting party came out of the tree line wielding bows and arrows, the soldiers had their hands up.
Crazy Horse: are you okay Little Rabbit?
Crazy Horse walked over to Little Rabbit and made sure she was okay, Sitting Bull walked up to the duo with a tomahawk.
Sitting Bull: listen, and listen carefully, I am not going to stand for anyone, let alone people like you come here, and ruin my land.
Sitting Bull took an arrow head and held it to one of the soldier's eyes.
Sitting Bull: consider this interaction a warning, if I see you, or anyone wearing this uniform around here again, I will not hesitate to kill you.
