*sorry I haven't made a new chapter in a long time, I have no excuse, I was just procrastinating, so I hope you enjoy this chapter*

Heaven, Japanese sector

Long ago, Amaterasu was born alongside her brothers, Raijin and Kagatsuchi.

As the young goddess grew up, she had shown great promise as the candidate to become Goddess of the Sun, as such, her parents favored her over her brothers.

Amaterasu was trained in a multitude of combat styles and different weapons.

Raijin and Kagatsuchi had a good relationship with their sister, and she respected them for doing so much to get to where they were.

All was great with Amaterasu, she was loved by her family, she was trained to be the best, and she was given the title of the Japanese Chief God as well as being the Goddess of the Sun.

As the Sun Goddess, she was given a divine power, and that would be her ability to see the reflection of one's soul, so she would be able to see what they would do, before they do it, giving enough time to dodge or block the attack.

Amaterasu beat every single opponent she faced, even her brothers, who were quite strong in their own right.

One day, Amaterasu was in her home, in sitting on her throne, her yukata enveloped her body perfectly, her hair up in a bun, and zori sandals.

Amaterasu: fuck this, this shit is boring, I want to travel across not just Heaven, but also the human realm, I need to see what's out there.

So, Amaterasu took on a more casual and relaxed appearance, allowing her once neat hair to have multiple strands to stick out, she also dyed a few strands both golden and red, she donned a red choker with a blue talisman, and she took her tight arm out of her white yukata.

From there, Amaterasu descended from heaven, and entered the human realm.

Amaterasu found herself in a forest, she decided to walk around, she walked and walked, she found cities and humans, she shared her knowledge with them, and they returned the favor by providing her the one thing she was looking for, a purpose in her endless life, to live how she wanted, to live for herself.

For 50 years, Amaterasu traveled all around the world, she saw the sights, met the people, made friends, she even fell in love a few times and got married once.

But all good things must come to an end, as Amaterasu had to go back to heaven, she didn't want to, as she had grown attached to the humans, but she had to.

Amaterasu made her way back to Japan to enter back into heaven, she bid farewell to her children, her friends, and all the humans she met along the way.

As Amaterasu made her way back to Japan, a certain human caught her eye, a man without a care to give, he intrigued the sun goddess, so she approached him.

Amaterasu: sup dude.

Buddha: hey, who are you?

Amaterasu: the name's Amaterasu, and you are?

Buddha: Buddha, nice to meet you.

From there, they got to know each other and became best friends, Amaterasu even told Buddha that she was a Goddess and she also invited him to become a god, to which, he accepted.

On that day, Heaven gained a new god and got back their Sun Goddess, little did they know, what they would do years later.

Before Round 6 of Ragnarok

Buddha and Amaterasu were sitting by a tree, h they were eating candy while watching the battles go down.

Amaterasu: Buddha, the old man asked me to fight in the next round, just as both of us thought.

Buddha: he is predictable as always, well, are you gonna do what I think you're gonna do?

Amaterasu: you know it, then again, the should have expected it, but that's on them.

Buddha: true that.

Amaterasu and Buddha both reached for the last piece of candy at the same time, Amaterasu got the candy first and blew a raspberry at Buddha.

Amaterasu: first come first serve, sorry Buddha, it's just the rules to the game.

Buddha: oh really?

Buddha jumped onto Amaterasu and began tickling her sides, causing her to laugh like a hyena.

Amaterasu: ah! You dick! You can't just exploit my weakness like that! Fine! You can have the candy!

Amaterasu shoved the candy into Buddha's mouth, making him get off of her and eat the candy, Amaterasu then sat up and chuckled.

Amaterasu: you certainly haven't changed at all since you came to heaven, it's a good thing, and, thank you, for being my friend Buddha.

Buddha: don't mention it.

Ragnarok Arena

Amaterasu bolted towards Lilamoira, clashing halberd to bladed nunchucks, sending sparks flying through the air.

Amaterasu jumped high into the air and took her halberd into on hand.

Amaterasu: Ikarikuruu natsu no taiyō.

Amaterasu threw her halberd down at Lilamoira, a solar flare following the weapon, to which Lilamoira was able to dodge but was hit by the heat of the solar flare.

Amaterasu came back down, then grabbed her halberd and slashed at Lilamoira, who blocked the attack, the two looked each other directly in the eyes, Amaterasu's eyes resembling mirrors, reflecting Lilamoira's soul.

Amaterasu pushed Lilamoira back and reversed her grip on her halberd, then slashing Lilamoira's chest in an upward swing, blood flowing from the wound.

Lilamoira then raised her nunchucks high above her head, before bringing them down into Amaterasu, who responded by blocking the attack.

Amaterasu the pushed Lilamoira back and slashed at Lilamoira again and again, she jumped back and spun her halberd in her hand before bolting back at Lilamoira.

Lilamoira: JUST FUCKING DIE ALREADY YOU BITCH!!!

Lilamoira's nunchucks became a giant axe, to which she swung at Amaterasu, who responded by jumping back and planting her feet firmly on the ground.

Amaterasu: Kirameku taiyōkō-sen.

Amaterasu swept her halberd across the ground, sparking the blades and setting it aflame with solar heat, she then thrusted her halberd at Lilamoira, the fire enveloped her entire body as she did.

Lilamoira took the halberd into her shoulder, she then held her giant axe to Amaterasu's face, a sharp spear like  object thrusted out of the axe, to which Amaterasu moved head to the side, the spear like object going right past her head.

Lilamoira: why, just why, why can't I do anything right?!

Lilamoira the began crying, to which, Amaterasu put her hand on Lilamoira's shoulder, she them smiled at her.

Amaterasu: so that's how it is for you, here's an idea, if nobody wants to be with you or be kind to you.

Amaterasu then then pointed at herself, the sun beaming down on her, showing off her beauty and her kind expression.

Amaterasu: live for yourself and no one else, that's how I learned.

Amaterasu smiled warmly at Lilamoira, showing off her kind side, she then took her halberd out of Lilamoira's shoulder.

Amaterasu: so, how do you want to live from now on?
