I accidentally deleted Apophis's backstory chapter

Something my phone does whenever I make a new chapter is a make a duplicate, I went to delete one of these duplicates and deleted Apophis' backstory instead, so fuck me sideways, I can't express how pissed I am right now, so that is what happens to it, I don't have the time nor do I want to make it again, so unless I can somehow get it back, it is gone forever
