It was a lovely bright Saturday and things were going really well for Mirabel as she was reading a book and Miguel was out helping Camilo with the kids so she had the whole place to herself.
"Ah just what I needed". Mirabel sighed
"Hola Hermanita ". Isabela interrupts
"Hola Isa que Estas haciendo?" Mirabel asked
"Nothing much trying these little guys to behave". She pointed to her Potato plants
"They are quite cheeky just like someone else I know ". Isabela laughed
"Hey". She playfully slapped his sister's arm
"Ok that is true". Mirabel laughs
"So how's the wedding planning?" Isabela asked
"Good". Mirabel nodded
"Although I have one favour to ask". Mirabel coaxed
"Oh and what's that?" Isabela questioned
"I would like you And Lu to be my bridesmaids along with Rosa". Mirabel explains
"Wait you're serious!?" Isabela was shocked
"Si, more than ever". Mirabel nodded
"Oh Oh Mira". Isabela put a hand over her mouth
"So will you?" Mirabel waited for the answer
"Yes yes yes thank you ". Isabela hugged her sister
Just then Luisa came into to return a plate to the kitchen.
"What's going on?" Luisa asked
"Lu, you will not believe this". Isabela shook her head
"I'm pretty sure I will". Luisa smiled
Mirabel shook her head and laughed.
"I want you and Isa and you to be my bridesmaids as long with Rosa". Mirabel stated
"What are you serious!?" Luisa looked surprised
"Si, you girls are my sisters and I want you to hold a special on my big day". Mirabel had a watery smile
Luisa then wrapped Mirabel in a tight Bear hug making Mirabel drop her book.
"Gracias Hermanita Gracias ". Luisa cried
"Lu, your kind of crushing me". She wheezed
"Oh sorry ". Luisa Apologises
"It's okay". Mirabel smiled
"Oh this is so exciting lots of girls trips are in order ". Isabela clapped
"Sounds like a plan" Mirabel smiled
Julieta and Pepa came in with biscuits for them to snack in.
"What are we talking about?"Pepa asked
"Girls trips for the wedding and mi hermanas as my bridesmaids". Mirabel explains
"Oh how fun". Pepa smiled
"I know Ah Mija I cant believe you are getting married ". Julieta stated hand over her heart
"Mamá ". Mirabel hugged her mother
"Well I know that you are a young woman now and you are grown up but you will always be my baby girl ". Julieta cried
"And I couldn't be more grateful ". Mirabel smiles
" I know mi Sonbrina is getting Married ". Pepa cried
"I will always love you Both ". Mirabel hugged the women
"And we will to always". Julieta laughs
They soon sat by the fire and At biscuits chatting about the wedding plans and laughing and they loved each and every moment.
Soo. Everyone else came back from a hard days work in town or from their day being spent their own ways.
They greeted the family at the door and soon started helping with dinner, Camilo and Dolores along with Andrea were setting up the table and Bruno andFelix helping in the kitchen.
"So how was your day ?" Miguel asked
"It was peaceful and good". She answers
"I asked the girls to be Bridesmaids and they said yes". Mirabel smiled
"That's great Mi Amor". Miguel smirked
Mirabel changed the subject and asked how Miguel's day was.
"How was the kids?" She asked
"Amazing I got closer to Emily we told a lot of stories ". Miguel recalled
"Alejandra had a lot of questions ". Miguel laughs
"Doesn't she always". Mirabel shook her head
"Just like someone else I know". Miguel chuckled
"Hey watch it". Mirabel replies
Miguel laughed and went into La sala to catch up with his sisters as dinner was cooking.
"You choose right Mija". Bruno cuddles
"That I did". She smiled
"I love him so much". Mirabel grinned
"I know and I am very happy for you Mariposa ". Bruno nodded
"Gracias Tio". Mirabel thanked
Bruno cuddled hi Sonbrina close when Mirabel asked how his day was.
"Ah same as always ". He shrugged
"Ay Tio never change ". Mirabel sighed
"Never". He smiled
The nights conversation at dinner was full of laughter as each day from everyone was different and Mirabel couldn't be happier.
