After I land at the exit champion tent, I walk in to see it is set up exactly like the other one. Seeing that there is nobody else, I allow myself to let loose and twirl a few times around the room, filled with a sense of accomplishment. Collapsing onto the bed, I allow myself to fully immerse in the moment, absorbing the ambient sounds; the sounds of men working together to contain the dragon,  and the loud conversations of students talking about everything I did. It feels amazing.

I sit on my bed, impatiently waiting for Harry's cannon. I put my head into my hands, resting my arms on my knees. Suddenly a bright flash makes me jump back in surprise.

"Aw, still worried about your boyfriend even after having an affair?" Rita pouts sarcastically.

"Get out of here, Skeeter," I roll my eyes.

She huffs, "Actually, dear, when entering your name into the Goblet of Fire, you signed a contract allowing me to interview you at any given moment."

"Bull-"

"Now, Y/N, there's no need to be disrespectful. The quicker we begin, the quicker it's over," she grins.

"Alright, write this down. I would like to quietly wait for Harry to begin the task and not be bothered by this mental reporter, Rita Skeeter." I declare with a smirk.

Rita scowls and stomps before stomping out of the tent. I chuckle at the sight.

After a few moments, the cannon goes off. I close my eyes, deciding to just enjoy the moment instead of worrying since I know everyone will make it through.

"Harry!"

"Harry!"

"Harry!"

The stadium chants his name in unison. I listen as the crowd goes silent. Harry has entered the ring. I flinch at the sound of the dragon make a move. I hear the dragon roar and breathe its fire over and over, as well as the students gasping.

Suddenly I hear breaking rocks and the sound of the dragon jumping off the walls. My heartbeat increases as I hear Harry scream, followed by his body thudding onto the rocks. I wince to myself, feeling his pain. The stadium is silent for a moment, before the dragon breathes fire once again.

"Your wand, Harry! Your wand!" Hermione shouts.

"Accio firebolt!" He yells.

The dragon and Harry jostle around for a bit before Harry hops onto his broom. The chains clank together as the dragon breaks loose from its leash. The students scream as the cloth covering the bleachers get torn through by the dragon chasing Harry out of the stadium.

"Yeah, dragon!" Fred shouts.

The crowd quiets down once the two disappear from view of the arena. The silence is deafening. I get impatient the longer I go without hearing a peep.

Suddenly the crowd becomes louder than ever before. Harry comes flying in and snatches the egg.

"Yes, Harry!" I scream along with the students.

Harry lands his broom right outside of the tent curtains. I run out and embrace him.

"See! You survived!" I laugh.

Harry chuckles. "I guess I did. And I want you to know, I'm really impressed by you being capable of battling a dragon too. You've barely even learned anything," he responds.

"Thank you, Harry," I say.

Skeeter flashes yet another unannounced photo.

"Such troubled young children," she sighs.
