Chapter 1 Darkness manifest: Eran vs the new god

"Long ago in the Black Lands, a mad scientist discovered a land far from his home. A place where a new species roamed, played, and talked. He thought "If only I could take them home with me" and that he did. He took 3 kids, one from each race he brought them to Black Land and studied them and named them."

A loud bell rings throughout the school.

"Well, that is enough for today. Class Is dismissed." Jericho said,

"Umm Mr. Jericho this is combat class," some kid named Ivory said.

He was the only one who acutely cared about this class meanwhile everybody else was either asleep or playing board games. But no one would dare challenge him not because he was a member of the student council but because of his friend Kai. My god he was so lucky to be friends with him, his sister who is the captain of the royal guard so she could get him anything he wanted but he chose not to for some reason but hey I was not complaining.

"I think you're the only person who doesn't like having a free day." our teacher assistant Ace chuckled.

They have been here for 2 months after Montaña was attacked and destroyed by some angels and everyone loves them but then again both Ace and Jericho are the only humans here. I ponder how they got here but I'm ready to go home. I leave the classroom and head straight to my locker with thoughts bouncing all over my head I mean if you were a mink, you would too not only does almost everyone outside your village hate you, but even most gods hate you, don't get me started on how you're the least Technologically advanced race in the world and slavery is still a thing that happens to only us which would be that bad until you remember that everyone hates you. But hey we do age faster mentally like even though I'm a 10-year-old physically I'm about 26-year-old mentally so that's cool. I finally made it to my locker or just a bunch of sticks that looked like a locker. I grabbed my bag and just before I left,

I heard "ERAN WAIT UP"

It's Kai, look I like him and all but not when it's time to leave.

"What is it kai," I said half-hazard

"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to come over to my place" he says

and if they had planned it both ivory and ace walked around the corner "no I'm fine. I have things to do later" I replied sheepishly I didn't have to do anything, but I could tell that I'd be getting in the way of ivory's alone time with kai. It was kind of obvious but still hidden that Kai and Ivory had a thing for each other but by law it illegal, but I've been deciding not to tell anyone.

"What we're you two talking about" ivory said "oh nothing important" I said

know that if I said anything else I might get cut in the face his talons were sharp for no real reason

"Well, I'll be going home now... so Seeya" I said

deciding to just grab my stuff and leave the school.

The hallways were always packed near the end of the school day so I would try to leave 20 minutes before then, but I couldn't because of Ace so now I'm now forced to roam the normally crowed halls, but the hall wasn't crowded today I would wonder why but too bad I don't care enough about the why as long as I could get out.

When I opened the school doors, I felt a rush of cold wind hit my face. I mean Montaña is normally cold, but this wind was colder than what felinors are used to. Normally felinors are used to cold weathers, but I don't think Ace or Jericho will like this. I looked up into the sky instead of seeing the normal clear skies and white clouds. Now all I could see was the dark and gloomy sky and the clouds darker than night. I was confused until I heard a voice echoing throughout Montaña.
