Beckett POV

One day earlier...
I went with the ninja to "go check and see if there are worms". A bit counter-productive, if you ask me. But they have nothing better to do. On our way to the city, we got interviewed by some lady. Since Kai was before me, and dropped a bombshell of that magnitude, I didn't have to answer any questions. Thank goodness, because I don't know a thing about this guy. I also don't know a thing about my master's plan. All I know is that she wants to capture the elemental master of earth for some purpose. I don't dare ask, but I'm sure Cleo knows. But she won't tell me. She's too stubborn. Even though our master takes a fancy to my twin, she should treat us equally. The day before we inspected the city, I snuck away to meet with Cleo in a nearby cave.

"Sis!" Some rocks clattered to my left.
"No need to shout, dimwit. I'm right here." Cleo dusted herself off and sat down on a flat boulder. "What do you want?"
"How's the boy doing?"
"Meh." Cleo checked her nails and laid on her side. "He's real boring. He don't talk much, either. I got him to be on my team for a snowball fight, but I didn't find out much about him."
Cleo pointed at me. "But you, you could do something."
"Me? What?"
"The kid's dating the fire one." My sister sat up. "But the city don't know. I'm sure if you expose their relationship, the earth kid'll snap. Then one of us can take him to our master."
"That's a very smart plan, sister."
"Thank you, Beck."
"Just one problem."
"What's that?"
"How do we get him away?"
"Oh, the guy's fragile. He's probably gonna run away the second he sees that he's gotten exposed. Just do it quietly."
"Yes, ma'am."
"And make sure them ninja can't get contacted by the kid." I nodded. "Good luck." Cleo shifted into a fox and leapt out the cave.
Well, I guess I've gotta expose some kid's relationship to all of Ninjago. I pulled a red phone out of my back pocket. And I knew just how to do it.
Um... how do you work a phone?

Also I saw Red White and Royal Blue its so good but you should watch it alone, with earbuds in, because it is a little mature
