Recap: Miss Buistier told everyone their partners and Blaze and Adrien got put together but so did Mari and Lila so yeah
-Third Pov-
As Adrien and Blaze were having a staring contest Lila walked up to Mari. Mari also had her jaw dropped and Alya said "Hey not bad! You will be able to get to know Lila and you'll stop assuming she hates you and wants to make your life miserable"
Lila smirked and then said "Yeah Mari we can get to know each other and then become amazing friends" Mari just stared at her in disbelief at how good her acting was. "Wanna do our project on Ladybug? I mean I know a lot about her since we're great friends and all" Lila said which made Mari's blood boil.
Blaze decided to be the more mature person stop the staring contest and walked up to Adrien. When Blaze got there Adrien ran up to the front of the room and told Miss Buistier that he and Blaze wanted to do Ladybug. Although they never even had that conversation, Blaze just went along with it.
"Oh I guess we can't do Ladybug how about we d-" Mari was saying but Lila interrupted and said "Let's do like Rena or Carapace then"
While those were bickering and Mari was trying to not lose her cool, most of the class chose their hero so there were pretty much 4 heroes left they could choose from.
"Lila!" Mari said losing it. "While we were arguing about which hero, pretty much everyone chose!" Mari almost yelled "Oh I am so sorry Marinette i just thought we could do an amazing hero so I was suggesting them"
That is the moment Mari blew up "THE FUCK CHLOE WHAT HAPPENED TO CHAT NOIR YOU DIDNT MENTION HIM ONCE!!! HE IS LADYBUG'S FUCKING PARTNER AND YOUR ACTING AS IF HE IS THE WORST HERO!" She took a quick breath and stood up to be face to face with Lila "Chat noir is the best hero wanna know why because if it weren't for him Ladybug would have failed and therefore hawk- no wait shadow moth would have won on day one." She said firm and extremely pissed.
Hey, how was the chapter? I rushed this so fast when I realized I hadn't published for a while, so it probably isn't the best chapter
When I was writing Mari screaming I was putting my rage into the text because like why not choose Chat Noir!
Not sure when the next chapter will be out, but I'll try my best.
Lastly, has anyone else read Lila's speaking parts in her voice, or am I insane?
