A Not So New Friend

Chapter 14

recap: Nino, Blaze, and Mari were laughing. Adrien being really sassy told them to stop.

(They all talked a bit and finally, it was time to go home)

-Third POV-
They were getting ready to split up and go home. "Alright dudes and dudette, Nora gave Alya a curfew, so I gotta take her home. See ya!" Nino spoke up saying. "Yeah bye guys! Mari, call me when you get back!" Alya yelled back as they started walking away.

Marinette started walking away. "See you two at school!" "Wait! Mari hold up I can walk with you since we live pretty close!" Blaze screamed and sprinted towards Mari.

"Mari I was wondering if you would go with me because you know I have a limo and it looks like it's about to rain," Adrien said as he freaked out because he didn't want Blaze and Mari walking ALONE.

"Uhm, There aren't any clouds in the sky though?" Mari replied while turning around to face Adrien.

-Adrien POV-
Crap she's right there aren't clouds in the sky. "Uhm yeah, I meant it's getting chilly. Plus what kind of gentleman would I be if I let you walk in the dark all alone?" I scrambled to say. "Except she's not alone I'm here with her." "Yeah but what about when you arrive at your-" I was cut off by Blaze

"Her house is closer, therefore I'll be alone, not her," Blaze explained to me. "But-" "Adrien it's fine! I just want to get home. Plus me and Blaze can catch up. You should probably go straight home or else your dad would be mad." Marinette interrupted. "Bye!" Marinette said as she grabbed Blaze's hand and walked away.

"Bye!" I screamed after them but I doubt they could hear me anymore. After I slowly got into the limo and told gorilla to go home. As I thought of everything that had happened today. I started to notice something.

I HAVE FEELINGS FOR MARINETTE!!! How have I never noticed before? She was amazing, kind, and funny. If we ever got married would I take her last name? Adrien Dupain-Cheng. Or would she take mine? Marinette Agreste. *sigh*

But that's all over anyway. Blaze is taking that away from me. He'll probably get married to her. He'll be Blaze Dupain-Cheng. It suits him better.

Finally, I got home and I was three minutes late the time I was supposed to arrive. My father was standing inside and waiting for me to go inside. "Adrien you aren't allowed to hang out with your friends for a week. Now go to your room" "Yes father."

I was too weak to argue with him. I got to my room and closed the door. "Plagg what do I do? Why did some random guy have to barge into my life to realize I like Marinette?" I complained as I fell on my bed in disappointment.

"I know what you should do kid," Plagg replied floating down next to my head. "Wait, really???" I sat up at lightning speed. "Yup, give me my lovely cheese." Ughh "Seriously Plagg?" "Cheese"

Heyyy yall how did you like the chapter??? My parents decided that after my sleep-away camp for a week, we go camping AGAIN, So currently I am camping. I don't have much to say this time.
