CHAPTER 5

"Ms Lee!"

"Ms Lee!!"

"Ms Lee Hyuna!!!"

Hyuna had enough. If she could, she would have resigned last week.

Mingyu has been calling her here and there to run errands for him which was not even related to her work as secretary.

What's the point of being his secretary if the job she was doing right now was more to personal assistant?

"Lee Hyuna! Enter my room now!"

'There he goes again'

She put down her pen and brought the tablet with her in case Mingyu asked for his schedule.

"Yes, Mr Kim- "

Hyuna was surprised when she was suddenly being pulled inside the room and then pressed to the door. The tablet on her hand was dropped to the floor because of the sudden pulling.

"Mr Kim, what are you- "

"Shh..."

Both of them became silence when the clicking sound of high heels approached the room slowly.

"What's with the dark room? Uncle Kim just said that oppa is in his office today," a voice of young lady was fadedly heard right behind the door they were standing.

Hyuna just noticed that Mingyu's office turned dark. Maybe he switched off the light as soon as she entered the room.

"Oppa!! Oppa!!!"

Hyuna's eyes turned big and immediately looked at Mingyu who was standing in front of her.

"Your girlfri- "

"My cousin," cut him shortly.

"Then why are you hiding here? You can just talk to her,"

Both of them suddenly have whispering battle with each other.

"Because I can't. She's kind of obsessive over me. That's why I'm hiding,"

"But still, she is your cousin,"

"I'm not interested in her,"

"Oppa, I know you are in there! Why don't you pick me up at the airport?"

Hyuna eyed him boredly.

"I'm out. I don't want to involve in your personal matters,"

"Sorry, Hyuna but I really want to put an end to this,"

The next move by Mingyu surprised not only her, but also the lady outside the room.

The sudden loud thud caused by Mingyu's punch on it made it looked like something had happened in that dark room.

"Oppa!!!"

She quickly opened the door that was locked at first but then unlocked by Mingyu and immediately barged in without warning. Her hand automatically found the light switch and turned it on.

"Oppa, what are you- "

She was speechless at the sight in front of her.

Mingyu with his messy hair and loosen tie with unbottoned shirt. While Hyuna's blouse on the shoulder part was lower down a bit and her skirt seemed to be pulled upwards.

"W-What are y-you doing, oppa?" asked her, trying to stay calm.

"I-It's not what you are thinking, Miss. I just- "

Mingyu pulled Hyuna close to him.

"Please help me...just this once,"

"Wait! Are you his secretary?"

Hyuna took a glance at Mingyu for a second who made a pleaded eyes towards her and then nodded at the question.

"Don't tell me you are seducing him like his other secretaries too?!" her voice suddenly raised a bit in mad.

'Oh, she knew about it already'

Hyuna smirked.

"And if I did, what are you going to do?" asked her sarcastically.

"You..!! Oppa!!"

Mingyu just stayed silence, enjoyed the scene in front of him.

"You are just his secretary! Don't ever think to cross the line!"

"What if I already did?" provoked Hyuna.

"You!!"

Before she could slap her, Hyuna quickly grabbed her hand and tightened the grip.

"Ouch!"

"As I know, you are just his COUSIN. So, no need to act like you own him. It's way too cheap," mocked Hyuna and pushed away her hand.

"Baby~ I want my reward later, okay? We are being interrupted by a fly just now," smirked Hyuna after seeing the lady's sour expression because of her remarks.

Mingyu was quite impressed at Hyuna's acting. He did not sure whether she was really acting or it was her true nature.

"Okay, baby,"

Hyuna went out of the office room after tidying up her clothes and took the tablet on the floor with her. It was all Mingyu's fault. She could not even process anything when he suddenly asked her to mess up her clothes a bit earlier.

"He owed me this one!" complained Hyuna.

Meanwhile,

"Oppa! What was that just now?!"

Mingyu buttoned up his shirt again and walked to his desk. He tried to ignore her nagging.

"Oppa- "

"Aera, enough! I have made it clear to you that I don't have any feeling for you," shouted Mingyu.

"I don't care! Can't you just accept my feeling towards you? We have been together since we were kids,"

"Enough with your fairytale childhood lovers. Can't you see? I already have someone I love," said him.

"Your cheap secretary? Do you think I'm blind? How many of them you have sex with before you fired them?"

"Ae- "

"Sorry to disappoint you, Miss but he only did that to me. Maybe I'm the only one who can satisfy him, not you,"

Hyuna looked at her nails while laying against the door frame.

"And if you don't have any appointment with my boyfriend, it will be my pleasure for you to get out of here right now," she emphasized the word 'boyfriend' to annoy the girl named Aera.

"Just you wait! I will make sure you are fired!"

She quickly stormed out of the office room.

"That's my wish anyway. Thank you in advance if you could make it happen," mumbled Hyuna alone.

"That was kind of sexy you know? Since when did I become your boyfriend, Lee Hyuna?"

Hyuna was surprised when Mingyu suddenly appeared right behind of her.
