y/n roy was an average middle class girl with big dreams. she was a professional physiotherapist and worked for the kolkata knight riders.
she never liked someone who always pointed out her for being her. she wanted to live her life at the fullest. she didn't believed in the concept of love until she met the prince of jodhpur.
location: delhi.
"tashu tu na faltu'ch na meri love life bare sochi jaa." y/n whined as her mother asked her about her having any boyfriend for the nth time.
"puttar, mainu teri fikar aa. teri shaadi di umar vi hogyi aa." her mother reasoned.
"mai karr lena vyah jad karna hona. tu roti kha." she sighed.
"tashu rehene do na." her dad said.
"mummy mai bata raha hu yeh ladkiyon ko pasand karti hai." her little brother, raj said.
"tere muh mei goo." their mother cursed at him.
"arey yaar. aap sab shaant ho jao. kar lungi mai shaadi jab karni hogi." y/n huffed and continued eating her food.
the family then spent their time eating together and laughing.
location: jodhpur.
"ishan, tumne nayi physiotherapist se baat kari? kab tak aa rahe hai vo?" an old lady asked her son.
"ji maa. humne kari unse baat. vo ek-do din mei confirm karke bata denge." ishan replied.
his mother nodded at him and went away from there. he too got a call and went outside to his car. he saw his dad on his wheelchair and his servant behind him.
he walked towards them and greeted his dad. "hello dad."
"hello beta. kahi jaa rahe ho?" his dad asked.
"ji. aaj udhamgarh wali deal close karni hai. shaam tak aa jayenge."
"all the best. bye." his dad said as he went towards his car and drove away.
next day.
"puttar haan karde na jodhpur wale patient ko. isi bahane ghoom legi. waise bhi mujhe koi aisa waise damad nahi chahiye. cricketer se toh teri baat ban'ne se rahi. sabko bhai bana rakha hai. kya pata waha ke prince se baat ban jae." tashu exclaimed and y/n sighed seeing her mother.
"okay tashu. i am going to talk later. i have to say yes to the jodhpur patient." she smiled and stood up.
y/n chuckled seeing her mother's dance. she shook her head and went inside. she called the number from which she received a call earlier.
"hello?" she said.
"yes. who is speaking?" a female voice answered.
"hello mam. i am doctor roy. you called me earlier about the physiotherapy. can you please let me know when to join?" she said being all formal.
"ah, yes. doctor roy. thank you for coming. i will email you the flight details. have a safe journey." the lady said.
"sure mam. thank you. have a good day." saying this the call ended.
she huffed and fell on her bed. "yeh royal logo ka bhi na. pata nahi itna formal hokar kyu baat karte hai? huh!" she said to herself.
she sighed and picked her phone only too the email and the flight tickets. the flight was a day after tomorrow.
