This is a Pseudo-Sequal to my Blackwhip fic, but rather than that fic's [Y/N] (who in this is going to be named Seto Kimi) essentially replacing Midoria, it follows cannon (Quirkless Deku gets OFA) and Seto instead bumps Mineta into Class 1-B, and for who you replace (since the class can only fit 25 students, new characters need to take the place of old characters) you'll replace Sato, cause idk, he's kinda forgettable.
Incase you want to know, Seto took Tokoyami's place on Midoria's team in the Cavalry battle, and performed similarly to him during the Tournament, but lasted longer against Bakugo, since the lack of a weakness to light.
