"Ya'll nigga's wilin! You just lost 12 thousand dollars and ya'll calm ass fuck." Knoah exclaimed his eyebrows raised like he couldn't believe it. Judah only shrugged walking further into the house which landed him in the kitchen, the others instinctively following.

Jonah made a bet on the Olympics, specifically on gymnastics, despite Judah's advice not to, as he didn't know much about it Jonah still did what he wanted.

Judah followed his advice and placed a bet on track and field, as he was more familiar with it. In the end, Judah lost $3,000 but won $20,000, while Jonah lost $9,000 and won nothing. Despite the financial outcome, they still had a good time, and Judah even found Knoah to be cool, which was unexpected for him.

Knoah had a very outspoken and vibrant personality that was hard to ignore and unapologetically forced Judah to like him.

"You Drunk ass fuck," Ryan said with a chuckle he was louder than her anticipated. Be helped Jonah onto a bar stool. Knoah and Jonah immediately hushed him, knowing that the wives and kids were asleep.

Judah left them in the kitchen while he headed to his room, he had fun with them but he missed Dylan. She had been on his mind all night.

Judah opened their door and entering before closing it behind him, his eyes immediately lit up at the sight of their now decorated room, Green and Gold confetti and balloons took up most of the space.

"Surpriseee!" Dylan jumped up from the ottoman at the bottom of the bed. Judah's eyes started to fog up from the sudden tears that clouded his eyes.

"Don't cry what's wrong? You don't like it? I should have a-"

"Nah man it's good. I just haven't had nobody show up for me like this in a minute yo." Judah wrapped his arms around her in a bear hug, squishing her tiny body with his.

His tears wet his face. "I'm happy you're happy." She smiled burying her face in his chest.

Judah pulled back lifting her head from his chest to press his full and moisturized lips on hers. His immediately overpowering hers, the kiss quickly became sloppy as their swapped spit dripped down Dylan's chin.

Dylan pulled back to catch her breath and Judah pulled his swollen lip between his teeth still able to feel the suctioning feeling she gave him.

He wrapped her braids around his fist to tilt her head back. Dylan moaned biting her lip to keep her from letting out a loud moan.

"Lemme hear it," Judah spoke tightening his grip on her hair and forcing her to moan out, once her lips were parted he took the opportunity to engage in another kiss. He loved her kisses and he loved how big her lips were, almost as big as his.

He finally let her go both of their breathing irregular from their session. "Leg my hair go baby." Dylan looked up at him with a smile, even though she enjoyed it she didn't want any breakage done to her hair.

"My bad Mama," he mumbled kissing her lips one last time before completely letting her go. "Come see what I got you!" Dylan excitedly grabbed his hand leading him toward the bed where multiple gift bags sat neatly with Green and black tissue paper.

What caught his eyes the most was a small one-tear cake. "It's not only been four days but I want you to know I see your progress. I'm proud of you I am." Dylan helped up the cake, and she pulled out a lighter from her sports bra.

She lit the candles before pushing the cake closer to Judah who wore a big smile his dark blemish-free skin gleamed from the candlelight.

Judah closed his eyes before he leaned in blowing the candles out. Dylan set the cake back on the bed before handing him one of the 5 gift bags.

Judah wasn't even about to pretend that he didn't want the gift because he did, it had been so long since he felt good about aging.

Judah's hands shook vigorously as he re-read the message over and over. He couldn't believe after all these years his mother chose to reach out to him.

--It's been a while Judah Skyee and with that long while I couldn't bear to go another second without speaking to my son. One message won't fix everything but I hope to hear from you soon. Happy birthday!- Love Mama.

For years Judah had been waiting for this moment and now that it was here he didn't want it. He wanted it all to go away. He wasn't ready, he wasn't happy, he wasn't mentally stable, he wasn't Judah Skyee, and he wasn't the loving memorable son his mother and father once knew.

Judah's eyes watered as he began to wonder what his mother would think of him now. What his father would think, he wasn't a man, he was a drug addict. Nothing more nothing less.

Judah let his body fall to his side on the bed as he cradled himself in a fetal position. His head was pounding and his body was shaking, he couldn't bear the feeling, a feeling he hadn't felt in a long time. A feeling he thought he had escaped.

With him havingn't had a pill in all of now 5 days Judah was starting to feel so emotional. A habit he had grown accustomed to for nearly 7 years.

Judah had a million things on his mind, most of them had to do with his mother. Apart from him wanting to see her and re-kindle together, the other half of him was angry about his true feelings. He wanted his mother, needed his mother but he just couldn't find it in himself to respond.

Apart of him wished that he never had gotten the message. He was very confused as his mixed emotions raced through his mind. His thoughts running wild like a dog trynna chase a rabbit. He couldn't get it to stop, it just wouldn't, it was one thing after another.

He was tired he had finally found peace with life or should he say peace within a person. Dylan had managed to keep Judah happy. He hadn't been this happy since his brother died. Although he missed him Dylan constantly gave him reasons to keep going.

He no longer lived life wishing the day would end. He enjoyed time with her, hoping that his happiness wouldn't fade if she ever left or died.

He was so scared of having another loss, that he was scared as to what another Death would do to him.

Judah slid his phone under his pillow before he wiped his tears-stained face. He tried to contain his body movements but failed, he cried. Wishing the day would just end.

Dylan had made his birthday so special just for him to have it easily ruined. He felt guilty because he had all the more reasons to be happy but he was so open to being sad it was like being Sad was easier than being happy. It was hard being happy.

Judah felt her warm hand caress his tense shoulders immediately making him feel calmer. Judah sniffed his cries coming to an end from the drowsiness.

"Tell me what's wrong baby," Dylan mumbled guiding his body to face her. She wanted to see his face. Judah didn't want to say it so he unlocked his phone and handed it to her.

She might not understand it all but at least she's be able to have a better understanding.

"So you and Moms don't talk?" Dylan asked curiously her lip settling into a pout. Judah sniffed before nodding his head.

"Do you want to fix things? Are you ready?" she asked again, rubbing his back. Judah once again nodded before a lone tear fell.

He felt like such a bitch but he felt so good crying, to finally letting it out. Pills had suppressed emotions so much.

"yes her last memory of you will not be what she expects when you walk through the door but at least you have a chance to teach her the new you"

"Better yet show her. your actions speak louder than words." Dylan's hands wiped his tears and dried his wet face with her big shirt. Judah smiled with her soulution.
