Zipp sat at the booth she noticed a Mare and a filly the mare nod at her but the Filly looked down at her hooves

Pipp whispered:" that's Thundermane ex Marefriend and her filly

Zipp looked shock she nodded back to the mare then the door opened she saw Thundermane he looked tired and withered his once brown coat was now a pale light brown almost like it was turning grey he looked at her no behind her she saw sadness she noticed he was looking at the filly then he glanced at her with anger but it was then blocked by voice who he was whispering in Thundermane ear which made him look away then sat on the chair with nothing but a frown

Sunny spoke:" I can't believe how big this is look at everypony

Zipp saw the ponies outside looking down at the trial some with signs not up and the others waiting

Zipp saw her mother she was at the other podium she noticed their was the jury as well

Zipp saw the judge pony walk out and the Bailiff spoke:" welcome honorable judge Hayseed

Judge Hayseed hammered the gavel and said:" court in session of case of Thundermane  vs the Royal family how does Thundermane plead

Voice nodded to him and Thundermane spoke:" not guilty your honor

Zipp saw the ponies booed and yelled at this she noticed Thundermane Marefriend looking away at this with a frown

Judge Hayseed spoke calmly:" on what's grounds I may say

Voice spoke in a raspy voice:" Your honor as well my client is he is innocent beyond the reasonable suspicion of a malicious intent of two ponies one the creator of the virus and two the experimented

Lawyer spoke:" your honor Mr Thundermane had full knowledge about what his plan was and he took full advantage of what he called was ethical tactic's by using DNA illegally from my client that was cage in like a animal

Zipp blinks as she remembers it again she heard the ponies booing at this and he lawyer smiling she saw Thundermane he had a water bottle with him she then was nudge she blinks and Pipp said:" sis you ok

Zipp nodded and said:" yeah I'm fine

Judge Hayseed looks at Thundermane and voice he said:" what does your defense say about this

Voice clears his throat and said:" we would like to go forward and have this conversation with the ponies coming forward as my client just wants this trial going forward and speaking his truth

Judge Hayseed spoke:" I see alright then will start the hearing call in your first witness

Zipp saw her lawyer he nodded to her she gulps and she whispered to Pipp:" guess I need some luck

Zipp walks up she notices that Thundermane was about to drink but voice whispering to him making him stop before he took a drink she sat down and the Judge asked:" state your name please

Zipp cleared her Throat and she said:" Zephyrina Storm but ponies call me Zipp Storm

Judge Hayseed nodded then said:" alright let's start
