If you've seen the show, you know this plot is very intense and includes mature themes and sensitive topics. This book will include plotlines that discuss and describe sexual assault, substance abuse, and suicide. Also included are sexual references, mature language, and violence.
I am including this warning here, but I will also include content warnings at the beginning of chapters that heavily focus on or discuss these topics. The only ones I won't leave warnings for are suicide and mature language because those are present throughout every chapter. If I miss a content warning, please let me know, so that I can go back and add it.
Also, the main character Violet King, is not meant to be a "perfect" character. She makes mistakes and will be mean to other characters. That is the whole point of her story arc and character development.
