A few years later, Blitz is maneuvering through the road, currently with the title of elementalist shadow, in the middle of the night finds himself at the door to the local inn. "Ahh, you're back; how'd the adventuring go today?" The innkeeper says to the man. The man sits to catch his breath, "It was a decent haul today." The man reaches into his pocket, pulling out a pouch of gold coins, "I got about one hundred and twenty gold today. That should be enough to keep us open another month, correct Moonshine?" He asks, looking up at the innkeeper. Enamored, she started stuttering, "Y-yeah, should be more than enough, Blitz," She took the pouch and walked to the vault behind the kegs. 'How does he manage to do this?' She asks herself. Blitz looks up, pulling the hood down, sensing a presence nearby. "Who's there," he calls out. A set of elven twins step out from behind the pillars. "What did I say about hiding from us," Blitz says, looking at the elf twins Blake and Batey. The female, Batey, looks up, "S-sorry, Mr. Blitz, sir, we just wanted to know if we can finally go with you?" The male, Blake, jumps up and down, a sparkle in his eyes, "Yeah, we got our adventuring licenses today, see." They both hold up their license. Batey was a healing archer, and Blake was a raging rogue. "Hmm, interesting combos," Blitz says. Looking over the licenses, he notices a light and tackles Blake and Batey. An arrow goes over their heads, piercing the keg as flames roar to life in front of the vault. Blitz grabs his shortsword, slashing, causing a slash of water to put out the flame. "Moonshine, love, we got to get movin' they found us," He calls out as Moonshine walks out with a dagger in her stomach. "No..." was all he could utter before Blake rushed at them, putting himself between Moonshine and slashing the rogue's stomach open. Batey hurried forward and grabbed Moonshine's hand, chanting a healing rite. Blake pulls the dagger out and throws it towards the wall. Blood slowly starts coming down from where the dagger hit. A body collapses into view with a bow in hand. A loud thud rang out. Moonshine looks over at Batey, "Wh-what happened, Batey?" She asked, "Everything's fine, Mrs. Moonshine were gonna get you out of here." The twins stand Moonshine up and call out to Blitz, "We can still make it out," Blitz nods and jumps through the tavern window and hops on a nearby horse, "Blake, take your sister," he says, aiding his wife onto the horse.
