The World We Live In

A man walks out his house holding his new broadsword in his hand. "So this year's ceremony is about to begin huh?" His name was Blitz, being a ten year adventurer already and leader of the Hidden Heroes guild, he was quite famous. "Maybe I should go and investigate today," He looks over and smiles remembering when he had learned how this world worked.

The Ceremony was a novice's right of passage to becoming a true adventurer. If they are chosen they can have up one of up to twelve abilities being:
Raging- The lower your HP or the more anger you feel the stronger and faster you become
Healing- You are imbued with natural healing abilities
Magic- You are imbued with natural attack skills
Elemental - You have the ability to control elements at will
Buffer- You can cast support magic without the need for a spell
Tanking- You boast naturally high defense and magic defense
Mechanic- You are able to repair and make any mechanically sourced object
Farming- You can farm and cook at high speeds and efficiency
Alchemist- You can see the magical qualities of herbs and easily make potions
Appraiser- You can see the worth of anything around you and the stats of anyone around you
Tamer- You gain the ability that the higher your level the higher level monster or animal you can tame to fight for you

You also get one of eight classes:
Rogue- Skillful with Daggers and Knuckles. Also known for their Speed and Agility.
Archer- Skillful with Bows and Crossbows. Also known for their Perception and Accuracy.
Shadow- Skillful with Short Swords. Also known for their Stealth and Dexterity.
Swordsman- Skillful with Longswords, Scimitars, and Broadswords. Also known for their Strength and Endurance.
Smith- Skillful with Hammers. Also known for their Strength and Stamina.
Brute- Skillful with Clubs, Maces, Mauls, and Great Axes. Also known for their Endurance and Attack Speed.
Gunner- Skillful with Rifles, Handguns, Shotguns, and Automatics. Also known for their Accuracy and Perception.
Mage- Skillful with Staffs and Mana stones. Also known for their Magic Power and Attack Speed.

He looks down at his card smiling as he was one of the few Chosen with his title reading 'Unique Multi.' Meaning he can use any of the abilities he chooses but only one at a time, and can be any class he wanted but only one at a time. He was allowed to change once per day at his choice. His current class labeled as Tanking Rogue.
