Panic. All I could think about was running away and never returning. He didn't look bothered though, and he definitely recognized me. Embarrassing. I helped him pick up his dropped items and was about to start walking away. Speed walking. But he grabs my shoulder before I move and looks at me like he's the police and knows shit about me that he wants to investigate. Exactly how I thought this would happen. "Hey, Hwang Hana, is it?" His smile was so genuine and it made me so confused. He should've been disgusted, by the things younger Lee told him. "Oh, yeah it's me.."

"That's so funny how we run into each other like this. I've heard some things about you." "Oh yeah, I know what you've heard. Actually, half of it isn't true." His eyes widen as he looks at me confused. "Oh really? I thought it might've been true. I thought you were like your brother, it seems the opposite though.." "What do you mean by that?" I ask with a smile, making sure I don't come off as rude at all.

He laughs as he removes his hand from my shoulder, and honestly, it seemed like he was getting ready to start a whole conversation about me and the shit Nari told him. "I'm sure you don't like me right? I didn't believe that at all.." "And also, whatever rumor is spread about your brother is true. Thats what I meant." He looks concerned, trying to come off as nice as possible about this. Holy fucking shit, Nari.

"Oh of course, whatever Nari said isn't true, trust me.. I guess she just has an issue with me, I'm not sure.." "Okay yeah. I know about that. She's mad you're going on the trip and she isn't." Oh how obvious. I could tell already.. He laughs as he looks away, and then looks back at me again. "Well, I'll catch you on the plane ride to Jejudo. Bye, Hana." He walks off. What a jerk Nari is.. But we talked it out. I quickly opened my phone, texting Haneul.

I close my phone, not caring how she just doesn't respond fast because she never does. She's always organized with her time and never really texts anyone unless it's me or family. I go to checkout, where I bumped into Felix again in the line. I pretend I didn't see him, and he just goes along with it. I felt kind of bad because he was very open. But I know how he acts well. Just by this interaction.

Just one person before he got his items checked out, asked me a question. "Are you excited for the trip?" He says with a pure smile. I look up at him with a very nervous, unsure grin. "Yeah, I'm excited. I'm Seoul-sick. I need to get out of here." He laughs and goes to the cashier for his items. I still don't know what he thinks about me now, his cigarette-smoking sister is out of the picture for me now. Just think about Jejudo. Jejudo. You're going to Jejudo, and she isn't tagging along. And Haneul is going too. What more do you want?

Sejeong calls me on my way from the store, asking me what's up. "You said something was on your mind, let's talk." Her gentle demeanor can be felt over the phone. And her honey-like voice was probably what Hyunjin fell for when he decided to date her. I walk over to the park. "I just wanted to talk to you about Lee Nari." "Eugh, I'm gonna be so honest with you Na, but she's so... disgusting. She spread so much shit about you in the group with Hyunjin, Me, Felix, Bangchan, and others. You both are only so young, but should be matured."

"Yah, Jeong.. I am mature as it is. I'm not like her. She's super undisciplined and she smokes. Notice how Felix doesn't smoke at all and he's super bright? Mama raised a bitch." I could hear her laugh as I smiled, crossing the street, and going to the food stands where they sold a special Korean ice cream. "Still. I'm just so annoyed." I sat on a bench after getting an ice cream, talking to Sejeong. "It's okay. Enough talk about that black-lunged girl, more talk about Felix. What's with you and him?" I roll my eyes, not wanting to go through this process again. "For one, whatever Nari said wasn't true, Two. I bumped into him at the market like ten minutes ago and it didn't make my situation any better than it was." I could hear her gasp, and I could picture the shocked look on her face.

"Really? What happened?" I heard whispering. Out of pure curiosity, I checked Hyunjin's location and he was at her house. Of course, they just can't spend time without each other. "Tell stupid Hwang Hyunjin I said hello. It's surprising he stays quiet this long." It went silent till they started to laugh. "How did she find out.." "Did you move too much?" "No, that's dumb.."
"Whatever. Hey Hana, ignore me, Just keep talking to Jeong." I roll my eyes, staring down at the big trees and beautiful scenery.

"We met at the market, and he asked me about whatever I apparently said was true." I sigh and I just claim up the whole bench for my own. I rest on it, my legs hanging off the bottom side of it while I eat my ice cream. "It didn't even come out my mouth. You're telling me he believes stupid... Lee?" I say quietly as I grit my teeth.

"I do have something to tell you though. I'm coming over later, so that's why I asked you to buy me the drink. I'll talk to you about this okay? But for now, just keep it on the low. Nothing will happen as long as I'm here." Her words just calmed the anger and fury that I had built up for that stupid lee sibling. How could girls be so cruel? What happened to girls girl?

"I do have to go. Please text me if you're overthinking again. I can't help you if you don't tell me." I smile and I agree. I couldn't nod. How stupid. How could you hear a nod over the phone? "Alright. I'll see you then." "I love you Hana, I'll see you." "Love you more, bye." I was done with my treat, throwing it away as I walked away.

'Cashapp: $weetjeongiee sent you 5$ with a note...' I clicked on the notification to see what the note was. 'Stay safe my little hana. I love youuu!' Cute. I smile at my phone as I look up. Closing it and walking home, I just take time to appreciate how beautiful it looked outside.
