SHORT INFO: Y/N prime was on a mission to rebuild his home world as it was destroyed due to the war on his home planet CyberTron he was created as human, and half transformers given him the abilities to transform into any transformers at will in his memories. They also implanted him a powerful device that gives him his abilities call the aAllsparks. As he left CyberTron to restart his kind again with the Allspark he was caught by a unknow space time rift to which took his ship called The Ark and sends him to another universe to which is the star wars universe.

His Ship: The Ark (Length 936m, Height 220m)

ARK aka project Generation one, was the City-Size ship that the autobots made for Y/N PRIME  

for him to leave Cybertron. Unlike other galactic transports, the Ark was extremely large, and had other special modification to it. According to Teletraan-1, the Ark possessed sufficient Armour Palting and is armed with only 16 particle combustion cannon and 16 laser emitters, and around the ship with 14 CDB turrets, and 12 entire rockets.

AllSpark: The AllSpark is an ancient and infinitely limitless, powerful Cybertronian artifact. It had the power to bring lifeless technology to life by turning it into sentient, autonomous Cybertronians. It is Said to have created the original thirteen Primes, as it is the very essence/Spark of the planet's god Primus himself.
