MAY'S  POV

"My weed!" His voice is low but i can still hear the anger behind it. The hallway is filled with people but i do not think anyone is going to be listening

"Would you give it a rest already, im not giving it back to you and that is final!"

"What the fuck!? Thats stealing, you need to give that back" he is definately not high anymore

"Stealing? You asked me for a lighter on school grounds to light your weed or pot or what ever the heck it is you were about to smoke" im trying to keep my voice down as much as i can but he is just making me yell. His face is tenced like he is about to throw a bomb at me but out of no where he just burst out laughing. His laugh is warm and makes me feel like i just watched a sunflower bloom, what the heck? "W-why are you laughing?" I give a deadpan expression

"You looked like a little dragon just now" he is still laughing "i swear it looked like fire was gonna come out from your mouth"  he is moving closer to me causing me to back up, why is he moving closer to me? "What's your name?" He ask with a serious expression

"Non of your business!" I shove him away with both hands but he only moves back a little, he does not look like he has a muscular body, in fact you can tell how skinny he is just by looking at his arms and i was almost convinced that he could be nocked down with the smallest push but here he is standing tall in front of me

"If you tell me your's I'll tell you mine" is he trying to blackmail me? Just as im about to tell him my name Max pops up from literally no where

"Hey babe!?" He looks confused as to why im here with this boy that i literally know nothing about " What's up man?" He puts his hand out so the church boy can shake it, the church boy takes it and they do this weird shake where the move to hug a little then tap each other on the back

"What's going on" Max asks once they are done with whatever they were doing

"Uhh...... We were paired up for a Biology assignment" i speak before the church boy can get the chance to

"Oh... I just wanted to remind you about my game this friday, You'll be there right? "

"Of-of cource, yeah, sure ill be there" i can tell he is lying, thats not what he wants to ask me, im literally a cheerleader so of cource ill be at the game

"And the party?" Bingo! That's what he wanted to ask,  he is still checking to see if i just said that to proove a point or if i'll actually be there

"Yep, and that one too" i push my hair away from my face while giving a small laugh

"Cool, thanks babe!" Max moves to me kissing my cheeks sweetly "you are the best! I got to go now, see you later" with that he walks off but not without give me snd the church boy a look

"Well......... was that not just the sweetest shit ever!" The church boy says sarcasticslly "now, my damn weed! And your name"

"You are getting Nothing from me till you apologise to me!" I start to walk away but he pulls me back by my backpack

"Hold it right there! Apologise? For.....?"

"For you being rude to me even when im covering for you high ass!"

"First of all..... You did not do shit for me and also give me back my stuff" he moves closer to me

"Look...." The bell goes off and i curse at my self for letting myself get distracted by this idiot, without another word i dash away from him and into my math class, no way in hell am i missing math. By the time i get there classes has stared

When i find that stupid twit im going to give him a piece of my mind!

"Come in Miss Richards" my math teacher looks to me before i slowly move into the class, there is an empty spot at the third row that i take. Normally i take the first row but seeing at that idiot wants me to suffer i have no other choice than to be content.

Class goes on like this, so does the rest of the day. I dash out of school to meet up with Luna

"Hey" she smiles at me as Marcus moves to her side. Maybe i should tell her about Marcus, i wonder how she will react, i meam she has always been short tempered, how am i  sure that this time will be different?

"Hey Luna!" I give her a huge smile before turning to Marcus "good to see you too"

"May, do you have plans, right now? If you do can you sacrifice them to go shopping with your best friend so i do not have to go?" Marcus is beaming at me

"Shopping? For what?" I stop walking then turn to look at them

"My dad's wedding...... Oh my God you forgot!" Yes i totally forgot that my so called best friends dad divorced a few years back and is now getting remarried

"I.... I" i have no idea what to say

"You actually forgot?! Woah, do i mean nothing to you? How the fuck did you forget when you literally put every single  thing into your planner and set a reminder for everything!? I wont even be supried if you set a reminder to poop everyday but i did not make the cut"

"I dont have a reminder to poop...."

"May! That is not the point and you know it!"

"Yeah you are right Luna, im sorry, i just have a lot going on and i forgot.... There is no excuse at all, ill come shopping with you"

"You will? Won't it mess up your weird schedule or something?"

"It will but i need to make it up to you so why not"

"Well this is just nice" Marcus butts in "May i owe ya one, thank you" with that he happily walks away but quickly turns back to Luna to kiss her on her lips, i have to awkwardly look away so my eyes do not fall out "see you later babe, don't forget to text me when you get to the mall and when you are done, okay?" He kisses her forehead one more time

"Sure" she replies sweetly before Marcus walks away

"Well that was disgusting" i fake a disgusted face

"Oh hush, you and Max do it worst" we but smile then get to my car

"You rode with Marcus?" She does that sometimes

"Yeah i did"  thank God , God knows that i have way too much to do than to drive back here to pick her car.
