On a warm, beautiful, and crisp summer day at Monarch Outpost 57, it was business as usual. Noah Harris, who had been employed at Outpost 57 since he was 21, sat in his living suite, engrossed in the latest Godzilla research from Outpost 54, also known as Castle Bravo in Bermuda, displayed on his computer. His fascination with Godzilla had persisted ever since witnessing the colossal battle between Godzilla, Kong, and MechaGodzilla in Hong Kong a year earlier.

"Man, this is why I love working at Monarch. The fascination with these impressive Titans just grows on me," he mused to himself.

Then, Rachel Parker, a 27-year-old Monarch scientist who had been working at Outpost 57 since the age of 24, entered Noah's suite. Rachel, who was also Noah's girlfriend, had been with him since their college days.

"Hello Noah, I want to let you know that Monarch has scheduled a presentation at San Diego State University for today. Additionally, we will be showcasing a special serum that has been recently developed in our lab," Rachel stated.

Noah was quite surprised to hear that news. He had attended SDSU for college alongside Rachel. Noah was equally astonished to learn about the serum that was about to be unveiled.

"Really? I wasn't aware of that. I went to college at San Diego State University. If Monarch is hosting a presentation there, that definitely piques my interest," Noah remarked.

"So, Noah, would you like to join us?" Rachel asked.

Noah immediately realized that attending the Monarch presentation would be an ideal chance to enhance his fame as a member of Monarch.

"Of course, I would! Besides, why would I turn down an offer like that?" he said, hastening out of his suite.

Rachel sighed to herself, feeling quite astonished at how swiftly Noah accepted the offer.

"Wow, it seems Noah is eager to join," she thought to herself.

Noah entered the laboratory and observed a male scientist engrossed in his work on what appeared to be the serum Rachel had mentioned.

"Hello, Mr. Barnes. I've heard that you and your team of scientists have developed a serum that will be presented at San Diego State University this evening," he said.

Louis Barnes, aged 35, was a scientist at Monarch. His passion for science and biology led him to work at Outpost 57 for the past five years.

"Absolutely, this is the serum, Noah. It was delivered to us by Monarch operatives from Castle Bravo, created using extracts from Godzilla's DNA and blood. We're going to present it at the Monarch event at SDSU," Louis said, presenting the serum to Noah. The serum tube had a label with 'Godzilla Serum' written on it.

Noah was immensely intrigued by what he had learned about the serum. At that moment, he was immediately convinced to attend the presentation.

"That sounds incredible! I'm already eager to attend this presentation!" exclaimed Noah, brimming with enthusiasm.

At that moment, Rachel entered the laboratory to see how Noah and Louis were doing.

"It certainly seems like Noah is quite thrilled to be part of our presentation today," she remarked, giving Noah a reassuring pat on the back.

Suddenly, as Noah became involved in the Monarch presentation, Louis was struck with an inspiration for the serum's application.

"You know, I've got an intriguing idea. Let's try the serum on Noah; he seems genuinely enthusiastic about it," he suggested.

Noah immediately grasped Louis's words and was astonished by the concept. The possibility of testing a serum on a human had never occurred at all.

"Really!? That sounds like an excellent idea! Count me in!" Noah agreed enthusiastically.
