Noah regained consciousness after an extended period of sedation. As he gradually surveyed the medical wing, a sense of confusion and fear washed over him upon realizing that Rachel and Louis were absent.

His attention then shifted to Dr. Stacy, who had administered his sedation, now seated in a chair beside him. "Hey. What the hell just happened?" Noah inquired.

Dr. Stacy observed Noah stirring. "Hello there, Noah. I see you've awakened from your sedation," she said.

Noah looked around the medical wing, feeling confused. "I understand, but I need to know why my girlfriend Rachel isn't here," he said as he sat up on the examination table.

Stacy pointed to the entrance of the medical wing and explained, "She is currently outside with Louis Barnes."

At that moment, Rachel and Louis returned to the medical wing, accompanied by a Monarch operative named Adam Nelson.

"Noah! Thank goodness you're awake!" Rachel exclaimed; her voice filled with relief.

Noah was immediately comforted at the sight of Rachel. "Rachel! Thank God you're here!" he exclaimed, embracing her tightly.

"Well, it seems you've awakened from your brief but much-needed sedation, Noah," Louis remarked.

Noah settled back on the examination table, feeling a sense of unease about what would happen next. "I understand. Now that you're both here, I want to know what's going on," Noah stated as he rubbed his neck.

"Well, I'm glad you inquired, Noah. We need to conduct some observations on you. It appears that the Godzilla serum has been overly effective," Louis explained as he helped Noah off the examination table and led him to an observation room at the rear of the medical wing.

Noah was filled with nerves about the impending events in the observation room. "Oh God, will I have to be sedated again?" he wondered, his thoughts a tangle of confusion and worry.

"Of course not, young man. We're simply going to conduct a few basic tests in the observation room," Adam explained as he and Louis proceeded into the room.

Upon entering the observation room, Noah was seated in a large, adjustable examination chair. The room was encircled by bright overhead lights, surgical equipment, and various monitors.

As soon as Noah settled into the examination chair, the sharp dorsal fins pierced and ripped through the material. "Stop! Stop! Stop! I can't lie on my back with those spikes!" Noah exclaimed in panic.

"Relax, Noah. You need to lie down like this for a few minutes. Just stay calm. I'll purchase a new examination once this is over," Adam said as he assisted Noah in strapping him into the examination chair.

Once Noah was secured in the examination chair, Louis activated the ceiling lights and monitors, while Adam accompanied Rachel back to the medical wing.

Noah's unease intensified as the monitors and lights flickered to life in the observation room. "Oh god, this won't end well for me," he thought, a blend of fear and concern washing over him.

Dr. Stacy entered the observation room carrying a blood collection needle and a container for a 4-milliliter blood sample.

"I need to take a blood sample from you for observation, Mr. Harris," she said, inserting the needle into Noah's left shoulder.

Noah clenched his jaw as the needle drew 4 milliliters of blood from his shoulder. After the collection, Dr. Stacy withdrew the needle and transferred the blood into a sample container.

"There we go. I'll take this blood sample to Mr. Barnes," she said, discarding the used needle into a trash bin and slipping the container with Noah's blood sample into the chest pocket of her coat.

"Okay, that's fine. Let's just get this over with," Noah said, attempting to calm himself down.

"Would you like to be sedated again, Mr. Harris?" Dr. Stacy offered.

Noah was aware that he wouldn't be sedated a second time. "No, ma'am. I'll be fine," Noah responded.

Dr. Stacy exited the observation room, allowing Noah some time to settle. She handed the blood sample container to Louis. Upon examining the blood drawn from Noah, Louis was astonished to find it intermingled with the sample taken from Godzilla.

"Look at this, it appears that Noah's blood has become mixed with Godzilla's," Louis said as he read the results on the computer.

"I know, it's impressive," Dr. Stacy remarked, her eyes also scanning the results. "I had no idea it would work so effectively on him."

Louis proceeded with the examination, utilizing overhead body scanners to survey Noah's form. The scan disclosed that Noah had indeed acquired several of Godzilla's signature traits, such as pronounced sharp teeth, hand claws, piercing yellow eyes, a substantial tail, and the unmistakable razor-sharp dorsal fins along his back. Louis was utterly astonished by the sight before him.

"I just can't believe this! It appears that Noah has now acquired some of the key features of Godzilla's body. This is all so astonishing!" he exclaimed in disbelief.

At this point, Dr. Stacy was left speechless and beyond words.

Louis concluded that he had observed Noah sufficiently. "Okay, I suppose it's time to let him out of this room," Louis said, turning off all the monitors and equipment in the observation room.

Louis entered the observation room to find Noah in a daze from the recent events. "Louis, what's going to happen to me?" Noah inquired.

"We will take care of this situation. Right now, you need some much-needed rest," Louis said as he helped Noah up from the exam chair.

Louis led Noah from the medical wing to the hallway that connects the living suites.

"Louis! I'll take Noah to his suite, and I'll talk to him about what will happen tomorrow." Rachel said as she approached Louis.

"No problem. Noah certainly needs some rest after tonight's events," Louis remarked as he left Rachel and Noah alone.

Rachel led Noah to his room. Feeling anxious about the future after recent events, Noah sat on his bed and pondered, looking up at Rachel, "What will happen to me tomorrow?"

"Louis and I will sort everything out. Right now, I want you to get some sleep. I love you," Rachel said as she left the room.

Once Rachel had exited the room, Noah lay on his bed, face down on his chest. He was filled with dread about the future. Gradually, Noah began to drift into sleep.
