(Hello! Message from the creator - Chapter 1 was kind of bumpy, so think of it as a practice chapter! If you want to get to the good part and where it isn't so awkward, then it's better to proceed to chapter 2. It shouldn't be too confusing. Thank you!)

He steps out of his vehicle and walks towards yours, tapping lightly on the window with his knuckle. You lower it halfway, your face awash with flashing blue and red lights, concern palpable.

You're even cuter than he imagined.

Leon clears his throat, having forgotten to speak for a moment.

"Do you know why I pulled you over?" He asks, trying to exude a stern sort of confidence. Truth be told, you were barely speeding. Not enough to ticket you. He just... wanted to get a better look.

"No... I actually do not know why." You say, turning your head slowly to face him as you frown. Your eyebrows furrow, rolling your eyes, showing off your attitude.

"This must be sexist, because I got pulled over for no reason." You state, now crossing your arms, questioning if you should slam your head into the steering wheel.

He chuckles softly, his dimples showing as he shakes his head. "Now, now, there's no need for that," he says, trying to calm you down. "I believe I mentioned earlier, I apologize for the mix-up."

His eyes flicker with concern before returning to meet yours in a soft gaze. "Truth be told, I pulled you over because..." He takes a deep breath and reaches out tentatively, placing a warm hand on top of yours where it rests on the wheel. "Because... well, honestly?" He bites his lower lip nervously. "You caught my eye when you drove by earlier today. I couldn't help but wonder who was driving this beautiful car."

Your eyes widen, your frown evaporating as you open your mouth from shock. You start to blush now realizing how handsome he was. "Oh... thank you..." You say, locking eye contact.

"Well, you're not too bad looking yourself either," you say with a giggle. tucking in a hair strand behind your ear that fell out of your messy bun.

"Aww, thanks, you're too kind!" Leon blushes deeply, his heart racing faster than it should be. He releases your hand slowly and takes a step back, trying to regain some professional composure.

"Now, I really am sorry for the misunderstanding," he says, offering you his best officer smile. "Please drive carefully next time, okay?"

Before you can respond further, he reaches into his pocket and retrieves a small piece of paper with his name and badge number on it. "Here's my info in case there's ever anything else you need help with."

"Hmm," You start grabbing the paper to observe it, you then look at him shaking your head. "Nope, my phone number is missing. Let me write it on there." You say, your doe eyes now turning into a flirtatious mood. You grab a pen from your purse turning back to face the paper. You use his hand as a flat surface, writing down your number in a shabby form.

Leon groans softly, fighting the urge to give in right there and then. "Fine, fine," he relents, chuckling nervously. He takes the paper putting it in his pocket.

"But remember, I'm still your superior officer," he reminds you sternly, trying to maintain some semblance of professionalism. "I could get in trouble if anyone finds out we're... you know..."

"Ooh, so now you're a troublemaker!" You say, covering your mouth jokingly trying to act surprised.

"Well... it was nice meeting you..." You take a look at his badge and found his name, "it was nice meeting you Leon Kennedy..." You smile at him, blushing subtly.
