Aspen wakes me up and tells me that we are in Illea. I get up and groan a little because of the memories from here. It's after Christmas and the decorations are still up. I walk inside and see that the pictures of King Clarkson are down and then I hear a bunch of crying from the women's room. I walk in and see queen Amberly in there crying. I run up to her and she sees me and gets up to hug me. She tells me that Clarkson died and that Maxon wanted to meet me in the gardens.
I walk out to the gardens and see that Maxon is sitting on the bench. He sees me first and then walks up to me.
"Hello"
"HI. Your mom was a mess and I'm sorry for your loss."
"Thanks and I know. I know he was a bad father but I still loved him and now I have to take the crown."
"Oh. What about Kriss? Is she ready? I know that you aren't."
"Um, about her. She's the reason why you're here." He told me that with a little bit of nervousness in his voice.
