Chapter 6

Morrigan

Benji, I think his name was, showed us around camp. It's quite huge. He then took us to the praetors office which was kinda cool.

"Benji, What brings you here?" The guy sitting in the chair asked.

"We've got new campers! We've got new campers, he shouts excitedly

By then it was meal time Jason and I sat down at one of the tables Benji followed behind us. Not much happened during dinner, just light talking and joking around. The most interesting thing happened at the end. Just as we were about to head to the apartments (that's where we sleep) there was a light above Jason's head, a lightning bolt. Whispers burst through the camp " a son of Jupiter impossible' "OH MY GODS A SON OF JUPITER"

Once the chatter had died down James walked over to Jason "this is a miracle guys a son of jupiter It's Just like the prophecy' He said excitedly his Southern accent seeping through. Another bright light showed that someone else was getting claimed. There were collective gasps looking above my head, a weird symbol that looked kind of like a dog but it had three heads. I felt like there were millions of eyes on me. The ground slightly cracked around me, the plants withered as soon as the crack touched them. Then it stopped and there was silence. James mutters something under his breath. Something about prophecies or something I don't really know. Then there was noise once again.

two years later...

Today marks the 2nd year I have been at camp.(No one really trusts me sense I'm a child of pluto but you know it's expected.I mean at least I'm not a child of Neptune like this girl that I've seen in my dreams. You might be wondering, "why do you take these dreams seriously?" Well, let me tell you when you're a demi-god and you have dreams about something it normally happens. But anyway. I feel like I should know who this girl is, it's kind of like deja vu. I scan over the training arena and my eyes find my two friends Benji and Jason whispering about something. I start running over to them.

As I get closer I hear more of the conversation the two of them are having.

"I wonder if we will ever go on a quest"

"I wonder too,Imagine if we go on one in the next three days" I say.

"Don't jinx it," Jason says, throwing me a javelin.

"I would hope not" I say jabbing at him. He blocks it, Benji Jabs at him too, barely missing him.

"Okay this is so not fair two against one, really" Jason Cries. After a while of teaming up on him the three of us plop down onto the hard Arena floor.

Coast

Sorry about our little time jump nothing much interesting happened over the time jump continued to hang out with Nora and this boy named Percy showed up at camp the other day he is nice like a brother and he has the same sea green eyes as me and the Black hair had before I dyed it, it was weird sometimes people say we look like twins and I finally get respected by some campers cause I have spent two summers here. Percy got his complementary swirly from Clarisse and we are playing capture the flag later. Oh yeah and Chirion and Mr.D are getting worried because we are getting huge thunderstorms at camp I made the mistake of asking Mr.D why it looked like the sky and sea are at war

"Because they are," he replied. I realized that he meant Poseidon and Zeus were at war. Ok now you are all caught up. I was told to help Percy find Luke our head counselor.

"So are you and Nora-"

"Yeah since my first year here"

"You were only 10,"

"You know Annabeth and Luke are like a thing too right don't even know how long that one has been"

"I-"

"Oh yeah come on Luke isn't there"

"Where is he?"

"The head counselors are having a meeting before dinner right now"

"What is it about?"

"Remember that storm when you fought the minotaur it was caused by the gods Poseidon and Zeus are at war he thinks Poseidon stole his master bolt which is impossible because only demigods can steal the gods weapons and what demigod would help do that"

"Wow that was like a lot of information"

"Now see I believe that every camper should be able to attend these except for the newbies because they got their own problems"

So last night was a sad excitement because my dad hates me I'm pretty sure so let's just roll the story. So during capture the flag Percy's first game I was told that I should protect him secretly but anyway Percy was standing there and then clarisse and friends jumped out of the bush ran as fast as could to him but I was never a fast runner so I ended up tripping over my equipment. Then I watched as Clarisse raised her electrocuted spear about to get Percy, it touched his shield instead, I could see he was still affected with electricity. He was hurt. He got stabbed by clairess not bad though because he had armor on, then another guy cut his arm with his sword then he fell into the creak then luke came running over with the flag in his hands everyone except for Percy erupted into cheers. Then I noticed something weird he cut was gone! A hellhound erupted out of the woods I fight better without the equipment so pulled it off charging towards the beast a trident appeared over Percy's head looked up like every time a camper is claimed hoping my godly parent will call for me to since they are doing it for another A trident was above my head too

"Coast you've been claimed by Poseidon!" Someone screamed. I fell into the water. It was Nora, even though she yelled really loudly only one head turned and exnoliged it Annabeth, she is my best friend. She came over and they both gave me a big hug. I couldn't believe I was a child of Poseidon. As Percy fought off the monster I stood there watching I thought of sending an Iris message to Orcid but they're on a mission right now. After I moved my stuff from hermes cain witch consisted of a sleeping bag pillow some clothes some gay bacon (airheads exstremes I call it that because this person who I think I used to know and I am constantly having dreams about calls it that and I thought it was funny) and a six pack of sprite the last two luke stole from the quick check across the street for me. I took the bottom left bunk while Percy took the top right. Percy ignored that I was there but I knew something he didn't: tomorrow he would go on a quest to save our father's reputation and to stop a war between the gods.
