3rd Pov

Japan, Roppongi district of Minato, Tokyo, Might Tower.

One can see a luxurious, skyscraper-type building with a large planet that has dual rings on top of it in Tokyo City, inside the topmost floor one can see a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and eyebrows absent, he was discussing something with his staff, suddenly he got a phone call, he looked at others and said," Please wait for a bit".

The others didn't show any displeasure and nodded, they were the staff of Might Towers working under All Might, aka Toshinori Yagi, the world's greatest hero. Although they didn't know the secrets of his quirk and All for One, they knew All Might's true identity and the fact he was weakened after a fatal injury he received from a very powerful villain.

Toshinori took the call seeing the name, " Yes Tsukauchi? Hmm, you have something important to tell me?", he said.

" Yes All Might it is about a boy, he has a very powerful Quirk and lives alone, I am worried that he might be targeted by villains", Tsukauchi replied.

"Oh, It must be seriously considering you are personally telling me, anyway it will be better if you explain the situation face-to-face, I will arrange a place to meet how about it?", Toshinori said.

Tsukauchi agreed with All-Might, thus he replied," Okay, All Might meet me &&***((%% at ^&***((".

Toshinori nodded and said," Okay, I will meet you there, for now, I have to hang up since I am in a meeting", then saying goodbye he hang up the call, and shifted his focus to the meeting.

(Author's Note: For those who are going to say what is this b*llsh*t that I just wrote? Migh tower and stuff, let it be known that it is canon, not something I randomly made up, it is present in the MHA side series MHA Viliginate, which while I have not read considering it has 125 chapters, I have searched about it enough in Google, after getting roasted by a certain sarcastic Author, whose half of points were invalid I have decided to at least search the information I can from Google at least, there might be plotholes since I am not reading the series but this shall cover up most of the plotholes I would have made if I haven't searched)

Toshinori Yagi aka All Might jumped down an Alley in his buffed form and then transformed back to his thin sickly self, he was currently wearing a white shirt and brown pants, he then walked towards the nearest cafe, soon he found Tsukauchi sitting on a chair, he sat down on the chair in front of Tsukauchi who greeted him," Thanks, Toshnori taking time to chat with me".

He nodded and said," Now, Tsukauchi what was about the boy and quirk you were talking about on the phone?"

Tsukauchi took out a file and slide it in front of Toshinori who glanced at it, then took it in his hands and opened it, turning the pages he looked at the contents seriously, when his eyes fell on Akash's second Quirk he exclaimed," Wait?! Energy Manipulation *Cough*!!", the shock was enough for him to cough out a mouthful of blood.

He was shocked by the name of the quirk, as it implied that the quirk holder was able to manipulate energy itself! He knew that doctors who named quirks would never exaggerate things and misname them, so he was sure the quirk's name was what it did.

Tsukauchi took out his handkerchief and handed it over to Toshinori who took it and wiped his blood from his mouth, then looking at Tsukauchi he asked seriously," I can understand why you wanted to tell me about this personally, but how strong his quirk is?".
