hospital ⋆ ˚｡

gyuvin was walking in the hospital to find the room his  mother was. He was looking around until he saw a black haired boy talking to his mother. Gyuvin went to him ''hi who are you'' gyuvin asked happy the boy gave him a smile ''I am shen quanrui but call me ricky, and you are?'' the boy asked

''I am kim gyuvin'' he said with a bright smile ''why are you talking with my mother?'' the taller one asked curious  ''I was just talking to her since I thought she felt alone and I know how does feel'' ricky said and looked at gyuvin ''but it was nice to meet you qyubing'' ricky said and walked back to the room next to him 

''you know gyuvin maybe you should talk to ricky, he is nice but nobody ever visit him at the hospital and he is really sick'' gyuvin mother said while her eyes follow ricky ''but why does nobody visit him, he is sick and looks really young, mom'' gyuvin said and hugged his mother 

''he is 8 years old just like you'' gyuvins mother told him ''and I don't why they don't visit him. So, what about you go and play with him'' gyuvin nodded and went to ricky 

when gyuvin enter the room he saw ricky sitting on a bed and he was painting when he saw gyuvin his face lit up but he didn't say anything

''hey ricky do you want to play?'' gyuvin said and climbed on ricky's bed ''me? YES I would love that'' ricky said happy he is in this hospital over 2 years now and nobody ever visit him or played with him 

'really!?'' gyuvin said happy ''yes''. The two boys played the whole day and had really fun time, it was evening now. Gyuvin had to go back home. ''bye ricky I will come again tomorrow and bring games with me'' gyuvin said and waved at ricky ''see you tomorrow qyubing'' 

gyuvin went to his mom and saw the doctor happy next to her and his dad also was at the hospital now ''hi dad'' gyuvin said and ran to his father and  hugged him 

''ooh my baby boy, dad has good news'' his father swing gyuvin around ''what then?'' gyuvin said curious ''you mom is finally healed and can go home with us. So, you don't have to come to the hospital anymore'' his father said happy he knew how much gyuvin hated to be here but still came every day so that he could talk to his mother. but gyuvin didn't seem happy with it 

''but how about lovelicky?'' gyuvin said and point at a room where his father saw a boy with black hair painting ''ooh and who is that lovelicky then'' gyuvins father said and put gyuvin on the ground ''lovelicky? He is the nicest, pretties, sweetest, cutest, and most cat like person on this world I don't want to leave him here'' gyuvin said and ran to ricky room with his father following him while his mother giggles

gyuvin hugged ricky, tight. ''This is lovelicky dad'' his fathers face looked at them and thought about how he couldn't separate them ''one day I will marry him. So, I can treat him well'' gyuvin said and gave ricky a kiss on his cheek ''won't you like that lovelicky'' ricky was all smiling and nodded ''I would love that qyubing'' ''then when we are 20 we are going to marry each other'' gyuvin said happy ''promise?'' ''promise!''

10 years later 

gyuvin still visit ricky every day and always brought him something. When he was 16 he start to like ricky more then a friend and really want to keep their promise even tho he knew ricky had cancer but he told himself today was the day he will confess ricky

''hey, lovelicky'' gyuvin said and went in the room, but didn't saw ricky anywhere ''lovelicky?'' ''BOO!'' ricky jumped out of the closest making gyuvin shocked ''aah lovelicky'' gyuvin said and hugged and kissed ricky all over his face ''don't do that again'' ricky who was giggling (gyuvin always kissed ricky face so it was normal for them)

''but qyubing it was really funny. Did you see your face?'' ricky laughed ''lovelicky that wasn't funny, I thought you were gone'' gyuvin said and ricky looked at him with a comforting expression ''qyubing I won't leave you, I promise'' ricky said and gave him a kiss

''good but I have something to tell you'' gyuvin said in a serious tone making ricky curios ''sure go ahead'' gyuvin took a deep breath ''shen quanrui I love you but not as in a friend way but as more then friends I want to be with you forever and keep the promise we made when we were young'' gyuvin said ricky who start to cry 

''qyubing I love you too'' ricky said and hugged him they both looked at each other and kissed. ''this is the best day of my life'' gyuvin said happy and swing ricky around and put him down ''wait here my love I have a gift for you, but you know I moved to Busan so I can be back a bit late but I will come back today'' gyuvin said, kissed ricky and quickly went to his car he was so excited to tell ricky how he felt that he forgot his gift for him 

When gyuvin came back at 9 P.M he saw 12 doctors inside of ricky's room making him really worried he run to his room, but got hold back by a doctor ''sorry sir you can't come in the patient there is almost dying'' when gyuvin said that he was crying ''please ricky you have to make it you promised me'' gyuvin was on the ground crying when he saw the doctors come out the room with a disappointment face they saw gyuvin crying 

one of the doctors kneeled down ''you are gyuvin, right?'' gyuvin looked up and nodded ''ricky said yesterday to us that if he ever died that we should give this you someone called gyuvin'' the doctor said and gave a letter with a little box to gyuvin. When gyuvin opened the box he saw a polaroid of him and ricky kissing, hugging, smiling and being happy with his other and a ring. On the letter was wrote 

''dear gyuvin,

If you get this letter it means I am dead now. Yesterday I got told that my condition was only getting worse. So, I don't know if I had told you yet but I love you. I love you so so much and there wasn't a day that I didn't wish that I could heal and just be with you forever and keep the promise we made to marry each other. Gyuvin you saved me mentally, you were the one who gave me the love when I needed, you stayed by my side every since we met. I didn't told you why my parents never came to visit me, that was because my mother died 1 year before they found out I had cancer and  my father was busy with his business and never made time to check on his sick child I used to think that I was the problem and was just unlovable, but you gyuvin you made me realize I am lovable and I deserve to be happy. All the times I was with you I was happy. You were the light in my darkness, I loved you

P.S. the ring is the only gift my mother gave me before she died. So I want to give it to you, since you are the love of my life''

when gyuvin read that he start to cry harder ''you made a promise ricky''
