Opening the door of a tavern filled with drunk men, one man around the age of 18 had walked in. He had black spiky hair with a small braid laying on his shoulder. He wore a blue scarf over his black armor. He had navy blue arm guards and had white boots. As the man walked to the bar, sitting in a vacant seat. As he sat and listened to many people yelling, fighting, or lying drunk or dead, a bartender had approached the young man.

Bartender: "What'll it be, Tatoma?"

Tatoma: "Lookin for someone, Ace. Bounty on someone named "Goku"..."

In a green spherical spaceship, Tatoma was seen flying above the atmosphere a green and blue planet, Earth.

Tatoma: "If I can find a clue about his disappearance, maybe I can find other saiyans."

His grudge against his kind still burned as bright as a star. However, he knew how to keep his temper when needed.

As he crashed on the planet, he felt many high power levels.

Tatoma: 'Hm... I might need to go all out for these people.'

As if on que, a short man around 5'5 with black spiky hair and a brown tail was seen landing close by. As Tatoma looked more at the older man, he then heard the prince speak.

Vegeta: "What the hell is a brat like you doing here?"

Looking dead at the older saiyan, Tatoma uttered one word.

Tatoma: "... Saiyan..."

Appearing in front of Vegeta, Tatoma had kicked the prince in the jaw. However, Vegeta had grabbed the younger saiyan's leg, sending him crashing into the ground. Jumping up, Tatoma quickly appeared in front of the saiyan prince, hitting two of his vital weak points. In return, Vegeta had kneed the younger opponent in the face. Jumping back, the saiyan prince clutched his stomach before glaring at the strange fighter.

Vegeta: "You're going to regret that.... HRAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHH!!"

Suddenly, the prince had flashed in a bright golden light, his hair turned blonde, and his eyes teal. In return, Tatoma's eyes turned yellow as a feint green aura. As they rushed at each other again, they both threw a kick at each other. As they continued to fight, Tatoma realized he, too, would have to transform into the super saiyan form. Finding an opening, Tatoma kicked Vegeta off before using his finger beam to stun Vegeta. Grunting, Tatoma had quickly flashed in the same form of Vegeta.

Looking in shock and disbelief, Vegeta looked at the young saiyan from head to toe.

Vegeta: "So you're a saiyan as well..."

Tatoma: "I'm here for someone named "Goku"..."

Vegeta: "Heh.... Kakarot's been gone for eight years. It'd be a miracle if you did see him."

Tatoma then dropped out of super saiyan and walked off to his crashed ship.

Tatoma: 'Maki's gonna kill me...'

Vegeta: "Tell me, stranger... What's your purpose of looking for Kakarot?"

Tatoma: "Isn't it obvious? Someone placed a bounty on him... Well, at least my client won't have to worry."

Vegeta: "Well, where will you go?"

Tatoma : "I'm stuck here for a while. At least until I can get some parts."

Vegeta: "How can I be sure you won't destroy anything here?"

Tatoma: "Trust me... If I wanted this place gone, it would've been an asteroid field."

Before he walked off, Tatoma heard the prince speak again.

Vegeta: "Like I trust you, boy. You'd be better being watched over. So from now on, you're staying with me. Plus, I could use a good sparring partner."

Tatoma: 'For the love of...' [Sighs] "Tell me... When have saiyans ever shown care? Unless it was for destruction?"

Vegeta: "You have a lot to learn about the remaining saiyans."
