Are you sure about doing this?
If it'll get me any closer to finding her, I'm positive.
Ok, let's do this.
The two teens, a boy and a girl walked towards the abandoned warehouse, the boy smashed a window and they got in. The searched the place, but mostly only finding nothing but dust and broken floorboards. They were filed but most of them. The girl was growing wary of getting caught.
We should go back.
No way, you said there was something here.
I thought so but all we have is nothing but dust and ripped papers. Let's call this off we can search the other one tomorrow.
The boy scowled and kicked the wall in frustration, he then noticed a door, barricaded up and seem to lead to another part of the building.
What about there?
I'm not so sure, it might lead off- wait!
Before the girl could finish the boy with surprising strength ripped of the wood that blocked the entrance, he then went in. Reluctantly the girl followed.
We're gonna be so arrested.
Not with that attitude, come on you aren't at least a little curious.
The boy touched the girls hair and the girl blushed at the action pushing him off and getting him back on track on what they came here for.
They saw what seemed to be a rundown garden with a tree in the middle.
Alright, we got nothing but a garden, let's go- Adam!
Adam had gotten close to the tree touching it with his palm. For a few seconds nothing happened.
Then the tree was replaced a pillar of light.
Adam get out of there!
Adam didn't move, only stared even as the light expanded towards.
The girl then ran to him repeatedly calling his name on a loop as he closed his eyes. Soon the girls voice was then replaced by someone else
"Adam, Adam, come on man get up already." The new voice said. Adam stood up quickly in a flash, tumbling off whoever was on him. He slowed down his building and held his chest.
"Dude you gotta stop doing that, the least you can do is not throw me off!" The voice said as Adam turned to it. The voice belonged to something, but it wasn't a person.
It was a creature. It looked to be a cat plush doll, it was brown in color and had multiple stitched lines on it's body. One of his eyes was a button, the other had an opening to reveal a green ghost with a purple glowing eye. The ghost showed off more as its left ear, arm, and tail exposed it. A noose was wrapped around his neck with a zipper between his tan underbelly and finally a hatchet was stuck in his head.
Most would likely being in fear of it, but Adam didn't flinch at the sight.
"Sorry about that Catamon, I was uh"
"Let me guess, dreaming about Evelyn again."
Adam nodded and Catamon sighed at the fact. "It's whatever. I forgive you, but the least you can do is not try to let it control your life at least." He said to his human caretaker who didn't respond. Catamon then smiled. "You know what'll turn that frown upside down? Your father's pancakes which he won't give me until you come down cause it's an all family thing apparently."
Adam softly laughed, "Alright I'll be down in a minute. Sorry for starving you." He stretched at Catamon ear, which the cat seemed to like as he somewhat purred. "It's whatever man, I'll be waiting for you." Catamon then walked out and closed the door.
