Chapter 6:Hostage

It was Monday morning and Ivo was up and about cleaning a spare room in his cabin to use for a nursery. He threw out old chunk he had laying around and figured he should get rid of it.

Sally soon entered the room,her belly showing how far she was in the pregnancy.

Sally:Hey Ivo, tails and I are heading to the village to get some groceries.

Ivo:Need me to come along?

Sally:It's no need, if anything happens I'll call you.

Ivo nods as Tails and Sally head to the village, he was busy constructing a small crib from spare wood he had. He kept working until his communicator went off.

Sally:Ivo! Help us!

The comm went quite, he drops it and runs to where the call came from. He arrived there to discover some spilled groceries.

He had a strong feeling he knew who it was. Freedom fighters. He now despises them. He knew he had to do one thing and he won't enjoy it.

3 days later.
Sally and tails were in two prison cells, while sonic and the rest of freedom fighters were planning a new strategy.

Bunni:Sonic, are you sure it was a good idea holding them here?

Sonic:What? You expect that clone to come save them?

Rotor:We should have left them alone, they weren't bothering anyone.

As Sonic was about to say something else, there was an explosion. Screaming were heard as mobians were thrown left and right as Ivo ran into the base, looking for his son and wife.

Ivo:SONIC!!!!

The rest backed off as they heard the enraged cry. Ivo soon arrived at the room. Sonic and the others were terrified now.

Ivo:Where are they?

Bunni:Who?

Ivo:My family. Where are they?!

They pointed to the cells, Ivo walked over and freed them. Sally held on to him, same as tails.

Ivo:You ever do this again, I'll kill all of you.

They left the base, the remaining freedom fighters fearing him and knowing full well he was telling the truth.
