It is Sunday, and both girls wake up early to work out. Jennie intends to go to her parents' house after so they can attend the Sunday mass together, but they tell her to do it some other time because they need to go to London for a business matter. After working out, she and Chahee decide to eat brunch in their favorite restaurant and then go shopping. They don't take long to get what they want and return to Jennie's house. While organizing what they purchased, Chahee receives a message from one of their friends. "Babe, Yein is asking us to come with her tonight to a party, but I know you're not coming even if I force you to", Chahee says to her best friend, half teasing her again, and Jennie flashes a smile at her. "You're right! Partying is my least priority now. Take care and enjoy and don't get wild at a party, okay?!" she just tells her. Her best friend just shakes her head while smiling. Jennie is consistent with her decision when she says that she wants to stay at home when she wants to.

It is already afternoon and both women just finished having their snacks. Chahee gathers her things as she prepares to leave. She hugs her best friend and kisses her as she says goodbye. After being left alone, Jennie suddenly decides to clean to kill some time. She only cleans her room and bathroom since a helper visits her every week to clean the whole house. When the sun is about to set, Jennie finishes her tasks and then takes a bath. She is delighted with how clean her room is and decides to treat herself to a cup of hot coffee and a delicious pastry. "It's cold outside, the snow might begin to fall in the upcoming weeks, and a cup of hot coffee is perfect for this," she tells herself.

Jennie drives off and goes to her favorite coffee shop near her house. She lives in an expensive neighborhood and lots of luxurious businesses are accessible, but this simple coffee shop is where she always goes if she wants to go out. What she likes about it besides their coffee and pastry, is that it has a library and a music station for customers. Most customers are students from a nearby university. The place is not too crowded since most students go to more aesthetic and expensive shops. She enters and orders then decides to sit in one corner of the library area.

After some time while reading and sipping her coffee, she catches a figure in her peripheral view and does a double take. The familiar figure is sitting on the other side of the library. Due to curiosity, she stares at the person who is wearing a black cap and a jacket while busy reading something. Her back is facing Jennie.

When the person quickly glances to her side, Jennie realizes who it is. She starts to panic, and vivid visuals and feelings from her dream crawl through her body. Jennie looks down on her book and pretends to be busy. The good thing is that L is very occupied and not facing her direction. She will surely recognize her easily if their eyes meet. Jennie wonders why L is in this coffee shop. "Is she waiting for someone?" she asks herself while secretly observing the tall woman.

On the other hand, L is busy reading something at the opposite corner. Her eyes are glued to the materials she is holding while looking around from time to time to check the people around her. "Maybe she's waiting for someone. Maybe a client from this affluent neighborhood accepted her offers. Are they having a meet-up here?" Jennie asks herself again, then realizes how curious she sounds about L. "The hell do I care about her or what she's up to, tsk!" she tells herself. She tries to be unnoticed by L but then she begins to remember her dream again. She feels uncomfortable since L is just around which makes her decide to get home earlier than she planned. Jennie finishes her coffee and leaves the shop before L sees her.

The next day, Jennie goes early at work and sees Chahee waiting for her inside her office. "Hey! How was the party last night?" she greets Chahee and then hugs her. "It was fun as usual! You should have come with me! They were looking for you!" Chahee answers and then hands Jennie a cup of coffee that she bought earlier. She sits and drinks her coffee as Jennie moves to her table. "You're not going to believe who was there last night!" Chahee continues and Jennie confusingly looks at her, unsure whom she is referring to, "Who?" she asks. Then Chahee moved closer to her, "Babe! It's your ex, Kai! He's here for a vacation and he asked me about you!" Chahee says excitedly, but Jennie gives no reaction to what she hears. She has nothing to be excited about. Jennie gathers the papers she needs for their upcoming meeting. "Good thing I didn't go with you then!" she just says and then stands up and signals her friend to come with her to the meeting room.
