[We then jump cut to Y/N and Oliver in a car with Tommy merlyn as Y/N cletches his hand and hides a couple of scars from the other night. As Tommy says]

Tommy Merlyn: Your funerals blew.

Y/N: [turns to Tommy with a cocky smile] You get laid?

Tommy: Fish in a barrel.

Y/N, Oliver: [chuckles]

Tommy: They were so sad and huggy--

Oliver: No.

[Oliver says this in a playful tone]

Tommy: And I am counting on another rich environment for welcome homes bash.

Y/N: Our what?

Tommy: You both came back from the dead. 'This calls for a party. You tell me where and when. I'll take care of everything.

[Y/N looks at the sidewalk and sees Khonshu there as he shakes his head no. As they stop, they look to see a bunch of homeless people struggling to survive. Tommy then says, "

Tommy: This city's gone to crap.

Y/N: Tell me something I don't know.

Tommy: You know, your dad sold his factory just in time. And why'd you wanna drive through this neighborhood anyway?

[Y/N and Oliver just stare at an old factory in the glades as Y/N says]

Y/N: Nothing...

Tommy: So what'd you miss the most? Let me guess Y/N the fight clubs, right?

Y/N: What about Laurel? How's she been?

Oliver: I would like to see her.

Tommy: Everyone's happy you're alive. Do you wanna see the person who isn't?

[Oliver just turns and shrugs]

*TIMESKIP*

[We cut to Y/N watching on a nearby rooftop as Oliver and Tommy get dragged away in red masks as we get a flashback]

*FLASHBACK*

[We see a younger Y/N and Oliver as he passes the two some water]

Robert: Here, sons. Drink.

[They both take their water as Roberts bodyguard gets pissed at this]

David Hackett: What the hell are you doing? That's all we've got.

[Robert gives a slightly more angry response]

Robert: If anybody's making it out of here, it's gonna be these two.

[He says, motioning to his sons. And then turning to the two]

Robert: I'm so sorry. I thought I'd have more time. I'm not the man you think I am.

[They both give him a look of confusion. As he continues]

Robert: I didn't build our city. I failed it. And I wasn't the only one.

[In a quick flash, we see Oliver getting tortured by the men in the red masks as with a taser in his hand, the man says to him]

Man in the Mask: Mr Queen. Mr Queen! Did your father survive the accident? Does your brother know anything?
