Ariana Finley:Yes,Chiron.Our father has been captured by mythical forces.Jonah had a vision about it.
Chiron:Is that so?
(Jonah says "Yes" with his head)
Aaron Finley:Jonah said our father was trapped in spider webs,there is only one monster in Greek Mythology connected directly to spiders,Arachne.
Ariana:Percy,you encountered her before,right?
Percy Jackson:Yes,but not quite directly.Annabeth confronted her during her quest for the Mark of Athena,sure,she managed to retrieved the Athena Parthenos,but ended up with a broken ankle and we both falled into Tartarus shortly afterwards.
Jonah Hart:Why would a monster,like Arachne, come after your father?Didn't monsters supposedly ignore the mortals?
Aaron:Don't you remember the myth?
Ariana:Arachne competed with Athena in a weaving contest,Athena won,but she was angry at Arachne for making a tapestry that insulted the gods and turned her into a 1st spider in the entire world.
Aaron:Monsters cannot laid their anger at the gods,that is the reason why they attack their demigod children.
Ariana:Our father was one of Athena's lovers,that must be why she captured him,to get back at the goddess.
Percy:Or maybe she is looking to attract both of you. Annabeth told me that Arachne made tapestries of her victims to learn much more about them.
Ariana:That is another good explanation...but either way,We have to rescue him!
Chiron:I understand,Ariana,but Arachne is considered one of the most dangerous monsters of the Greek Pantheon with the 8th highest killer count.
Jonah:Who are the other 7?
Percy:Typhon,Ouranos,Kronos,Gaea,Minotaur, Echidna and the Crommyonan Saw.
Aaron:Ariana is right,we cannot let our father be in the clutches of that horrible woman.During the quest for Hera,Tristan McLean was almost driven mad during his time trapped by the Giant,Enceladus.
Ariana:We are children of Athena,Goddess of Wisdom,Patron of Athens.I know we are still young to lead a quest,but is the only way to free our father.
(Chiron sighs)
Chiron:Alright then,if the Fates allow it,go with Rachel...
Ariana:Thanks Chiron
(Ariana and Aaron leave)

Ariana:I think that is it for the quest...
Bailey Mitchell:(voice)Who said you were allowed to go?
(Ariana and Aaron turn)
(Ariana and Aaron see Bailey Mitchell)
Ariana:Bailey!We have to do this!Our father needs us!
Bailey Mitchell:Is he like you?
Ariana:What?
