It was the morning of the prayers at Shehnaaz 's house for the upcoming nuptials.. Shehnaaz woke up early and was helping her family as the Guru Granth Sahib will be arriving soon . After helping her mum and her Masi 's she went upstairs to shower and wear a beautiful Punjabi suit which was gifted by her dadi ji as she couldn't attend the wedding because of age and she couldn't travel .. Shehnaaz looked at the salwar kameez and hugged it and said thank you dadi ji I love it .. and she wore it and did a simple plait and makeup and came downstairs and her family saw her and smiled and her parents got emotional as it just hit them that she was getting married..

On the other side the Shukla's were getting ready to go to her house for the prayers . All were ready besides the groom himself as he didn't know what to wear .. he had all the clothes on his bed and was thinking what to wear .. when Rita maa came in a smacked his head and said hurry up they must be waiting ..
Sidharth - I'm trying mum .. I want to look perfect for her but I can't decide what to wear ..
Rita - just wear this kurta and let's go ..
Sidharth- looked at it and quickly wore it and they left

Baaz and rajbir were there to pick them up as they obviously didn't know where to go ..after 20 minutes they reached a big mansion and they drove up to the main entrance and stepped out and there standing was Pammi and her Shehnaaz's aunties and uncles to welcome them.. they came inside and sidharth was looking here and there for Shehnaaz but couldn't see her and Baaz tapped his shoulder and said bhai she's over there placing flowers in front of the babaji .. sidharth saw her and smiled and said beautiful absolutely stunning.. she looked up and saw him staring at her and she blinked her eyes at him and giggled and moved from there but sidharth was still staring at that direction and Shehnaaz came from behind him and said what are you looking at?
Sidharth - huh .. and he saw her.. and gave her side hug and whispered beautiful jaan ..
Shehnaaz- thank you bebu .. chalo let me go and say hi to everyone and she went and covered her head with her dupatta and went and greeted Rita maa and touched her feet and took blessings from her and sidharth's sisters and jijus and she hugged Riya .. they all entered and metha tak in front of the Guru Granth Sahib and sat down and listened to the prayers .. after a 4 hours Rita maa got tired and asked if it was ok to go and rest back at the house and they will come back later.. Baaz went and dropped her and everyone else sidharth stayed back to help out and spend time with Shehnaaz ..
Sidharth - how long are these prayers going to last ?
Shehnaaz- it's a 3 day prayer so they will pray day and night for 2 days and then do final prayers on the 3 rd day..
Sidharth - oh nice .. what is this prayer called?
Shehnaaz- this is akhand paath and it last for 3 days and the read the whole Guru Granth Sahib
Sidharth - wow that's cool .
Shehnaaz- chal im going to go and rest now for a bit .. maybe you should head home ?
Sidharth - why can't I rest with you
Shehnaaz - umm no as they are prayers happening in the house for us .
Sidharth - so no alone time?
Shehnaaz- well I can drop you back that's a bit of alone time but I have to get back here to help mummy
Sidharth - ok I will take it .. but I will come later ok
Shehnaaz- no problem I will send Baaz later ..
Sidharth - hmm ok
Shehnaaz drop him back home and left from there .. the Shukla's came back at night and the next day and they spent the whole day there helping out and listening to the prayers .
It was the morning of the last day of the prayers and the Shukla's were already at shehnaaz's house early to help out and Shehnaaz was upstairs getting ready in a beautiful pink suit gifted by her mum and papa .. she walked down and sidharth saw her and he was in awe of her wearing this beautiful salwar kameez

Sidharth looked at her and said jaan thank you but you are looking beautiful like really beautiful..
They all went and listened to the kirtan and the prayers and had langar and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon together and the Shukla's went back to rest as in the evening they was a boliyan dhol session at Shehnaaz 's house as the wedding festivities were starting the next day ..
In the evening everyone enjoyed singing and dancing to the dhol and had dinner and went home and rested for the next day for the maiyaan ( haldi) ceremony of Sidnaaz ..
