Shehnaaz was still unconscious in the hospital and sidharth was by her side the whole time he hadn't eaten anything since being there he just sat in the chair next to her bed holding her hand ..

It was around 7 pm and Adith came to the hospital to drop food for sidharth and to see Shehnaaz .

Adith reached Shehnaaz's room and knocked on the door and sidharth lifted his head up and signalled him to enter .. Adith came in and said ma has sent some food for you .. sidharth nodded and said thank you .. how is bhabhi bhai ? Adith asked .. sidharth looked at her and said I don't know she is not waking up .. and the doctors don't know why .. they think she has hit her head .. so why aren't they doing a scan to see bhai ? Adith asked .. because the machine is busy and they are waiting for it to be free .. bhai that's ridiculous.. should we transfer bhabhi to an another hospital? Sidharth came and stood next to him and said no Adith I don't want to move her .. Adith I think you should go and be with the family now and thank you for coming ..

Adith - bhai please try to eat something ok ..

Sidharth - sure I will try ..

Adith left and sidharth sat back down next to her and took her hand and started praying 🙏 to all gods to wake up his love ❤️.. tears were falling from his eyes and one droplet 💧 dropped on to her hand and she moved her finger and sidharth felt it and said jaan ..Shehnaaz slowly started opening her eyes but was staring at the ceiling .. sidharth pressed the button for the nurse to come .. the nurse came in and saw that Shehnaaz was awake but staring at the ceiling and not turning her face .. she called for the doctor to come quickly.. the doctor came and did a full check up on Shehnaaz and said I think we better take her now for the scan as the machine is free and we can see if they is any internal damage .. the nurses quickly wheeled her out of the room to get a scan done ..sidharth stood in the room just lost of what was happening..

After a couple of hours Shehnaaz came back to the room and was wide awake and talking to the nurse asking where is she ?.. the nurse just kept reassuring her and so did the doctor and they told sidharth she is ok but we will be keeping her under observation for two days ..

Sidharth- but doctor can she turn her face

Doctor - oh yes .. her body is sore from the fall so she will be in pain for a few days and her mind will be a bit foggy but she is ok .. ok Shehnaaz I will come back later you rest now ok ..

Shehnaaz - thank you so much doctor..

Sidharth - yes thank you ..

Sidnaaz were alone in the room and sidharth held her hand and kissed it thank hod you are ok jaan ..

Shehnaaz - moved her hand away and looked at him puzzlingly.. umm who are you ? I don't know you

Sidharth - panicked for a second .. jaan it's me sidharth your bebu ...

Shehnaaz - bebu ?? What bebu .. sorry I don't know you
