"Follow me. I want to show you something.."

That one sentence struck an array of emotional chords into the two girls that sentence was directed to. The sudden shift of Chief Ganondorf's mood and now him beckoning the two girls to follow him left the girls conflicted every which way. On the one hand, the girls were overcome with a deep fear, as if a nightmare they'd dream at night was digging its claws into the fabric of the real world, prying itself into a reality. That nightmare being of secretly facing the full wrath of their chief, where no one can hear them scream.

On the other hand, however. The girls now were left stumped with curiosity, with his shift to a calmer mood and his tone of voice reeking of genuine urgency like he had something to prove, The girls felt strangely pulled to follow Ganondorf to wherever he would lead them. Unfortunately, they were not in a position to make a deeply thought-out decision as the sound of their chief suddenly stopping caught their attention in full.

"Are you two going to follow or not? It wouldn't be wise to keep me waiting when I am graciously going to give you answers that you desperately wish for." Ganondorf stated, a mild hint of annoyance in his voice while still mostly keeping a calmer tone. The girls, now realizing they don't have much time to think over this admittedly heavy decision, gave each other one last look before nodding to one another. Returning their attention to their chief, they took their first steps to follow him as Ganondorf let out a small huff, turning to face forward yet again before continuing his walk with the girls now trailing tightly behind him.

The slow march the Gerudo trio now embarked on was dead silent, not a single noise being uttered other than the patter of their bare feet on the stone floor beneath them. Ganondorf was proceeding slowly down a hallway that was to the left of the throne room. Hanging on the walls that surrounded them was Gerudo items and wares of all kinds, ranging from displayed weapons to finely stitched rugs. Even an occasional painting was seen as they made their way down the corridor, featuring abstract artwork that may be considered foreign to average visitors, but great meaning to the Gerudo and the artists who brought them forth with their own hands.

Soon enough, Ganondorf had stopped at a doorway that was placed at the end of the hall. Laid before the trio stood a wooden door of decent quality that was imported to the town via. relations between traders of the Gerudo and the traveling merchants who resided in the mainland of Hyrule. Chiseled into the edges of the wood were letters, symbols, and phrases that, unfortunately, were written in the main language of the Hyruleans.

Such mattered not to Ganondorf as he set his left hand on the door before lightly shoving it open, a low creaking noise emanating from the door as it opened fully. Beyond it laid forth a wall to one of the neighboring buildings beside the palace. Sitting on the wall directly in front of the three was a ladder, made from what appeared to be oak wood. Ganondorf slowly turned back towards the two girls, looking down at them as they were no taller than his knees. He nodded his head towards the ladder before staring back at them. "Climb." Ganondorf stated before taking a step off to the side of the wall to allow the girls the room to ascend the ladder.

Rivia and Namaiya gave a quick turn to one another, giving another quick nod before they both took a step towards the ladder. Namaiya's blue eyes meeting Rivia's emerald green ones before quickly drifting to the ladder. Rivia, who got the hint, began to ascend the wooden ladder. With each spoke her hands grabbed on to, the more and more the rays of the sun became visible from between the two buildings. Looking up, Rivia slowly realized where she was when she saw that ascending from the roof of the building she was on, a tall sandstone tower stood.

She remembered the story of how shortly after Ganondorf matured into his adulthood, he had these watch towers built to keep watch for any form of invader or possible sandstorms. Confusion wandered into her mind as she slowly made her way to the roof of the stone building, climbing on top of it and slowly wandering across the stone structure. Shortly after, her friend Namaiya caught up to her and climbed onto the roof, quickly making her way over to her friend as they both focused their attention back to the ladder.
