Monday:-

    Akshara reached office and directly went to meet Mallika as per her instructions.

   " Hey, we were waiting for you only. Please come inside. I have a great news for you which will make you extremely happy." Mallika shared with excitement.

   Mallika's extra excitement made Akshara little curious about the matter. She noticed one more person was sitting there in her office but she didn't pay attention as clients used to be there everyday.

   " Hi, what's up? You are making me curious." Akshara asked while sitting in front of her.

   " I have solved your biggest problem. That day you were telling about extra work load and not able to give time to your family, right? So, we got a perfect solution for it. From now onwards, you will have to handle only one client for next few months and that too with increased paycheck. Isn't it amazing?" Mallika said with so much excitement.

   " Really? But how? I mean what will happen to my other clients and why you want me to handle only one? What is so special?" Akshara asked with confused expressions.

  .    " My very close friend had proposed this offer.He is very impressed with your work and wants you exclusively for their venture for next few months and also willing to pay more. When he suggested me this yesterday, I took up his offer without giving second thoughts as it's beneficial for our company and you personally. It's like win-win for us but there is a small inconvenience. I didn't mind it because it's nothing in front of the gains. I know you are not interested in sports and strictly told me to not give you any clients from sports field but this opportunity was too good for us so I took up the offer. Actually, my friend is the owner of one of the team of upcoming football league. He wants us to handle all their campaigns and events. There is one more catch. The supposed player who is going to be the captain of the team was a star player in his early days but later on caught in illegal drug case and was banned for 5 years from playing football.
Recently, only his ban got lifted. So we have to put little more efforts to overcome this and create positive environment. This is the main reason, Mr Bansal wants specifically you to handle this. I hope, you got all the answers." Mallika explained everything to her.

   Akshara felt like she will faint anytime soon. Last few sentences sounded like nightmare to her. She got frightened by just thinking about it and was hoping against hope that it was not true. So, with so much efforts and keeping her fingers crossed, she asked her boss the name of the player, still hoping the name to be something else not what her mind was suggesting her.

    " Who is the captain?" She whispered slowly.

  Mallika was about to say something but at the same time, balcony door of her cabin opened and someone entered still looking at his phone.

   " Here he is, the man we were talking about. I am sure you never heard his name before. His name is Abhimanyu Diwan." Mallika introduced him.

   Akshara felt like she got electrocuted and was unable to even breath properly. She was just standing there looking at him with blank expressions. Samar saw the way she was looking at his friend and was confused. Abhimanyu was too engrossed in typing something on his phone and didn't even realise that somone was looking at him. Samar thought to introduce himself first.

   " Hi, I am Samar Khan and you can call me Sam. I will be his manager and whatever you need to plan and decide, you can call me anytime. I have heard a lot about you from Mr Bansal and I hope, you will do good work for us too, Akshara Mehra." Samar said and extended his hands towards Akshara to shake but got no response.

   The moment, Abhimanyu heard the name, he felt sudden jolt and immediately looked up to get the biggest shock of his life. He was too stunned to believe the reality in front of him. He shook his head and closed his eyes multiple times to come out of the delusion but it was of no use. He was not ready to accept that the name which he didn't hear from last 7 years and the person whom he never thought he will see again in his lifetime was standing in front of him. He was beyond shocked and was feeling like completely paralyzed at that moment.
