NOAH'S POV:

I waited at Owen's for Cody, well, and the others. It was around 8pm, we hadn't had school today since it was Saturday. I tapped the ground with my foot, sat on the green, slightly ripped couch in Owen's living room, placed Infront of a TV and a glass table. I looked to the side to see Owen himself stroll in with a plate of food, we were watching some weird gameshow on the TV. The school chat on my phone was blowing up so I decided to check it, it was just some new quarrel with Courtney and Duncan, so those two ever shut up?

I heard a knock on Owen's door, Owen offered to get it, but I told him not to worry and that I would answer it. I was met with Izzy and Eva. I welcomed them in, but groaned after, I was expecting Cody. I really wanted to get to know more about that guy, he seemed nice. I liked his eyes, those beautiful, teal eyes....like a lake on a summers day-

"NOAH? ARE YOU COMING BUDDY?" I heard Owen's piercing voice from the living room, I shook of my thoughts and walked back into the large room. I sat on the couch and scrolled on my phone, but I couldn't stop thinking about him. I looked up to see Izzy stealing almost everything on Owen's plate.

I crossed my arms and stared at the bare wall below the TV with an extremely unpleased face, stomping my foot on the ground, why couldn't I stop thinking about that Cody? His eyes, hair, face, everything about him, every single little aspect of him was perfect to me.

"Noah? Is something on your mind?" Izzy asked, poking her head Infront of the view of the wall. I rolled my eyes and shrugged, I didn't want to tell anybody, but I couldn't speak.
"What's with the long face, buddy?" Owen asked, shaking my shoulder as Izzy tried to get my attention. I mumbled in anger.
"What was that?" Eva asked, walking into the living room from the kitchen, she had a coffee in her hand as she leaned up against the doorframe.

"THAT STUPID CODY! WHY IS HE SO-" I groaned, stopping myself and glaring at the others, Izzy's eyes lit up.
"So what, Noah?" She asked, smirking mischievously. I scratched the back of my neck and looked at her.
"So perfect, his eyes, hair, everything." Owen seemed ecstatic at this statement, Izzy looked at me in shock and Eva looked like her jaw was about to hit the floor.
"Oooo, does somebody have a crush?" Eva asked, rolling her eyes. Was that sarcasm? I couldn't tell by her tone. I swallowed and looked at the ground, I didn't know. These feelings were confusing, I hated him, but I loved him.

"HE DOES! HE LIKES CODY! HE'S GAY, I KNEW IT! GIVE ME MY MONEY EVA!" I groaned and put my head in my hands.
"I don't know, I love him, but I hate him. I'm so confused." I said, looking up at Izzy.
"That's kind of gay, buddy..." He said, putting his hand on my shoulder. We suddenly heard a knock at the door.

I got up and walked to the door. I opened it gently to be faced with Cody, all's he had with him was his PJs and his phone. I coughed and cleared my voice, he looked perfect, as I expected. I stepped back and held the door open for him.

"Uh, come in!" I said, smiling as I side-glanced the others who were grinning at me from the living room.
"Thanks Noah!" He walked in as I stared at the others, I was a sweaty mess. I basically prayed they wouldn't tell him anything about it. I walked in to the living room behind Cody, suddenly, Owen got up and brushes himself off, walking over to Izzy and Eva.
"You can have my seat, Cody!" He smiled, winking at me with a wide grin, was he being serious?
"Thank you!" He sat down next to me, giving me a wave. Why does God hate me so much.
My heart nearly melted whenever he smiled or grinned, or did anything.

"How about we watch a movie?" Owen asked, walking over to the other couch and sitting down next to Izzy and Eva, smiling at me and Cody.
"Oooh! What about a horror movie?" Izzy exclaimed, I looked back at Cody who smiled and nodded, I shrugged. We turned off the lights, shut the doors and turned on some dumbass horror movie. Cody seemed okay at the beginning, but slowly got even more scared.

A jumpscare came on, Izzy laughed, Eva and I seemed unbothered, Cody and Owen screamed, but most importantly, Cody clinged onto me like he was about to die. He kept shaking and I didn't know what to do, I side-glanced Owen, Izzy and Eva who grinned. I held Cody close until the movie ended. At the end, he looked up, keeping his arms around me. When he realized the movie was over, he quickly put his arms to his side's, sitting up.

We all talked for awhile, Izzy painted my nails, but soon later, I got pulled aside by Eva.
"Hey Noah, so there's this girl in school and she talks about you, like, alot. She says she wants to go to law school and stuff, but as I said before, she talks about you quite a bit. So, I think she might have a crush on you, and I have noticed you glancing at her and stuff, so who is it? Cody or that girl?" She said, taking a deep breath after her sentence. This is true, there's this girl in some of my classes names Emma, and she's quite pretty. But then there's also Cody, and he's amazing.

"I don't know, I really like them both, but I mean I do know more about Emma..." I answered, looking down at the floor. I rubbed the back of my neck in thought.
"Well, I just wanted to ask you that. Take a good think about it, I'm going back to the living room." She smirked and walked away, putting her hands on her pockets.

I stood there for ages thinking about this, I think the reason she asked is because valentine's Day was coming up, and everybody wanted me to ask somebody, but would it be Emma or Cody? The rest of the sleepover was quite a breeze, we talked quite alot, baked, slept, woke up and then went home. But now I really had something to think about.

Would I ask Cody or Emma?
