winter and viviana at the same time?

i woke up to nick sitting on the ground sorting out my clothes while folding them

"do i have to pay for this?" i ask in a groggy voice

"no. we cant all be lazy in this household, popsmoke" he chuckled at his own joke turning back to his task.

my cluster pillow met his head within seconds.

"at-least i don't sound like the queen" i get up and walk into my bathroom

"you dont have to when you are one, pop off queen" he mocked viviana

where did his parents go wrong? i giggle and wonder to myself while turning on the shower head and hopping into the cold water.

my mom always made me and viviana take cold showers. she said it was "better for our skin and it tightens any fat" did i believe her? no. but now i cant handle hot water so a win is a win because nick likes to burn.

i listened to rnb this time, nick was right. we cant have three lazy people in this dorm- house- apartment? whatever. i need to hype the hell up to set up for vivi, shes coming back in 2 days. i faintly heard nick singing along and i couldnt help but laugh.

meanwhile

"no- i dont want to scrub-"

i stepped out of the bathroom, letting the music continue playing because i know nick enjoys it.

i sat down at my vanity and did my skincare, then some light- wintery makeup. white waterline, less defined lashes, extra blush, and a cool toned lip gloss. i put my hair that somehow needed to be cut again into a braid. i made sure to be extra careful so it wasnt too tight but not too messy. i wanted the perfect "i didnt try look"

nick went to his room to grab his wallet and whatever else he carries around.

i picked out a white knit sweater, light washed jeans, my water stained mini uggs, and a sage green coat.

its been a little while since ive been able to actually get ready and feel cute.

i looked in the fridge for a coffee creamer but i couldn't find one.

"ah shit. im out again. who the hells drinking all the creamer?!" i shut the fridge door just light enough for it not to be considered "slammed".

"thats me.. coffee's gross. creamers the only way to fix it" nick stood in front of the now closed front door.

"well theres only one solution" i pursed my lips and looked around waiting for him to get the message.

"right now?! but we have to shop all day! we'll be exhausted!" nick looked genuinely concerned

"get your head out of the gutter, nicholas. i meant your buying me coffee." i say with a slight smile on my face while holding his hand and walking out of the dorm.

its good to know he didn't immediately agree, he cared about what we had to do.

hes good at not being a dick sometimes!

around 5 hours later

nick and i made it through the day alive, barely.
we were stopped by like 4 security guards and 7 random girls, half asked if we were moving in together and the other half just asked if we needed help moving things in.

i cant lie, i was a little jealous of viv's room but once i actually decide to clean mine it'll be just as cute.

me and nick took showers and crashed on the couch together watching high school musical.

the next morning i woke up in my bed. this time with nick right beside me.

the sun was just barely coming up so i just went back to sleep. except that this task is fucking impossible.

nick is sprawled across the entirety of the bed like he owns the damn thing.

i try to push him into his own space but he just turns over towards me and pulls me into his trap.

this guys like 6 foot and he's got me imprisoned under his armpit. NOT CUTE.

after squirming in multiple desperate attempts to escape i just accepted my fate, turning towards his chest and burying my head into it.

we didn't do anything that day, we needed as much sleep as possible before dealing with the teenage devil.
