"You said you could control the Sentinels!"
"It's ok, N; I haven't been honest with V yet."
"V, we need you!"
"Uzi... I trust you."
"V!"
------------------------------------------------------------
V's eyes shot open in a jolt, causing her to accidently letting go of the wooden beam, resulting her to fall on the ground hard. She sits up as she rubbed her now throbbing head after the impact.
"Dammit!" she grunted in pain. Of course her artificial brain decided to reply that memory about what happened back at the facility. Dammit.
V checked her internal systems to see how many hours she has been asleep for, showing her that she had been asleep for 20 hours, so its sunset right now. The commander said that she and Jacob would be going after the Anjanath after sunset so she's got another hour or two. V groans in annoyance, and since she's already awake, she has no choice but to sit around and wait for the sun to fully set.

V silently thanked Robo-Jesus when nightfall finally came as she strode out of her temporary home and headed towards where the commander was, that is until someone patted her one the shoulder. She shot around startled but saw that it was just one of the humans from the workshop.
"Sorry to startle you, ma'am, but Brooke sent me to come find you; said that your new swords are ready." the guy explained to the disassembler who remembered that Brooke would get to working on making her a fresh pair of blades. She shrugged; guess it couldn't hurt to pick them up while on her way.
"Noted, I'll head there now." she replied before she continued her stride, making a detour to the workshop. upon entering, Brooke gave her a welcoming smile.
"Looks like one of me lads told ya, huh?" the blacksmith chuckled before reaching down for something before he sat back up with a box in hand.
"As promised, you are now in possession of these."
Brooke opened the box, revealing a pair of blades. They looked similar to V's original swords, in length and size, but they were a black colour with bright purple highlights, tipped with jagged edges.
(Weapon design made by me. This one of the two blades that V receives)
"Such beauties, aren't they? I call them the Wings of Deception. Made from the scales one of the mightiest of beasts. And since the commander told me about your plan to hunt that Anjanath with the best hunter we have, I figured now would be a good time to give 'em to ya." Brooke explained as V picked up one of the blades.
They were heavier compared with the blades she used since her arrival on Copper-9. Not only that, her systems are detecting an unknown energy signature from the blade in her hands.
